My family and I had a wonderful stay. The townhouse is even larger than it seems in pictures and is absolutely beautiful and clean. Very spacious! The unit is stocked with everything you would ever need. The patio roof top deck has panoramic views of the Ocean and the Pismo Reserve mountains - so pretty. Kelly was wonderful to work with. The location is prime with plenty of parking and an easy short stroll to the beach shops. Cant wait to go back! I highly recommend this townhouse.

We had an amazing time at this location! Seven of us stayed for a full week. It had a great layout with our older kids. Each bedroom had its own bathroom. It was clean and with the key code front door, it was super easy for our older kids to come and go as they pleased. It was 2 blocks from the ocean and so close to a bunch of restaurants and shops. We walked everywhere with no issues. It was clean and having a garage was really nice for all our beach toys and bikes. We had no problem parking our second car on the street, but that might not be true in the summer. Based on some of the other reviews, we were nervous about the internet since both my husband and I needed to call into work meetings, but we had absolutely no issues with the internet. The property owner was super responsive on email and provided a helpful list of things to do and restaurants. We would definitely stay here again!

We had a great stay at this property… close to the beach and all the action, good food and activities. The property was very well maintained and perfectly located. Highly recommended and we hope to repeat the experience.

Great location! Condo has everything you need, easy access to beach, food and shopping- well stocked kitchen, clean, comfortable beds. Only issue was WiFi was spotty and would be nice to have laundry detergent and a few more garbage bags. Would stay here again when we come back.

Great location and wonderful house.

My family of four and my SIL's family of four all stayed comfortably at this house. The location was perfect within walking distance to the beach and downtown. We had such a great experience that Pismo is our new favorite place! Will be back.

The layout of the building worked perfectly for our small group with a little bit of extra privacy on the bottom floor for extended family. The place was very clean and the location felt very safe. We enjoyed walking to breakfast a few times. Only slight hiccup was inconsistent internet connection, but thankfully we were there for recreation and not business. We would stay there again. Great place!

There were some important discrepancies and confusion related to actual beds available (1 King, 1 Queen, and a bunk bed with twin, full, and twin trundle) for our large group and the presence of a hot tub (there isn't one). However, the property itself was very comfortable, very clean and pleasant, and proximity to the beach was just right for us. We loved the rooftop table and chairs -- a beautiful view! Kelly, the owner, was very helpful and communicated well. We had a lovely time!

Comfortable, clean, great location 😁

Clean, modern and well appointed townhome located in Pismo Beach. We wanted a place within close walking distance to restaurants and the Pismo beach/wharf area - this place checked all the boxes! My 90 yr old mother in law stayed in the 1st floor bedroom with full bath. She was able to manage the stairs up to the main living area and kitchen (2nd floor). She even made it up the spiral staircase leading to the rooftop patio from the 3rd floor! Everyone enjoyed the view of the ocean and sunset! Great place to hang out and enjoy morning coffee and drinks in the evening. The master bedroom on 3rd floor was spacious and lovely! The other 3rd floor bedroom had a twin over double bunk bed and a pull out trundle bed. The space in this bedroom is small for 3 adults, but comfortable enough for 2 adults (or if you have 3 younger kids). The “open concept” kitchen and living room area was a nice place for the family to gather and talk. The huge plus for us was having 3.5 bathrooms as there were 7 adults. We were here for my daughter’s graduation from Cal Poly SLO. It was a short drive into SLO, the college campus and to Tolosa Winery near the airport! We really enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend to others - Thank you Kelly!

Pictures don’t do townhome justice! Walk to beach, breakfast, coffee shop, best cinnamon rolls & pier!!! Townhome had everything you need & each bedroom with their own bathroom.

We had a girls weekend and this place was perfect and spacious for 6 ladies. Very clean and perfect location for all restaurants, coffee and beach access! Kelly was very helpful, very quick to respond and a great host!

It was ok just the master bed room was not clean very will. The bed had a lit of hair on it still on it. The kitchen was dusty.

Our family of 4 loved this townhouse! Close enough to downtown to walk everything yet far enough away to avoid the loud crowds. Everything we needed was supplied including beach chairs! Our teenagers even shared the bunk room which they haven’t done for over 10 years. We had more than enough space. Would love to return every year!

Planned a family getaway to Pismo. Our teenage kids wanted to go ATV on sand dunes which was so much fun! The house was so cute and it was clean. The location was perfect! Short walk to beach, restaurants and pier. We were provided with a listing of recommendations which was helpful. I’ve already recommended this place to a friend. Thank you!

This house had everything we could’ve needed! So we’ll prepared. Kelly was a great host, very responsive. Location was amazing, 5-10 min walk to the main play areas. Can’t wait to book it again!

Property was very clean and tidy. Kitchen was stocked with all the supplies we needed to have a wonderful Christmas meal. Very close to beach and great views from the rooftop. Highly recommend, would definitely stay here again!

We rented this house the week after Christmas. House is cleaned and well stocked and has an awesome rooftop deck. The location is great and within walking distance of the beach as well as tons of great restaurants and shopping. Kelly provided lots of tips and restaurant recommendations.

Very clean and nice property. Wonderful location. Perfect set up for co workers to have their own floor/bathroom. Hotel rooms were far more expensive during our stay than renting a house.

Location of property could not be beat for our group. Beds were very comfortable and kitchen had what we needed during our stay. Rooftop area was great. Having a garage was fantastic as well. Rugs/carpet were a little “beat up” BUT exactly what one should expect with a dog friendly location. We were so grateful to have our dog traveling with us!

This isn’t really nice condo—kitchen is well equipped, furnishings are in great shape and it was very clean when we arrived. They are generous with supplies and everything we needed was there when we arrived. Only complaint is that the listing says it sleeps eight, however, it would have been very uncomfortable to sleep our seven adults without a blowup bed from home (they had extra sheets, blankets and pillows).

Property is centrally located. Walking distance to the beach and to the pier. The rooftop deck is great for watching the sunset. The neighborhood is quiet and friendly.

Rental was so easy and just as advertised. Kelly was great to deal with and responsive to our questions. Highly recommend this property.
