The rooms were nice and clean.

Appeared to be missing a nightstand in the room. Hotel is undergoing refurbishment however which may be a contributing cause.

We tried to be very optimistic through the stay. The room was mostly clean. But you can tell it wasn't thoroughly clean and as we were checking out we noticed the staff did NOT change the linen. they just remade the bed which I may add we were on our anniversary so you can only imagine what we did. After seeing that. Ruined the entire stay there. due to sanitation issues I would give 0 Star's Do NOT recommend. *photo of where we watched them remake the bed

The location is good.

The fact that we had to check in at the hotel next-door. Would’ve been nice to know that prior to arriving on property.

Room was quite basic and in need of a little refresh. The walls are paper thin.

Overall, we were happy with our room. Although it is an older building, it has been renovated and updated to where it was a pleasant experience. There were several nice touches like the Keurig coffee maker and upscale toiletries that were unexpected but appreciated.

It is obvious that there were once drapes in the room, but they are no longer there. Tough to sleep in as the white shutters on the window don't block much light. There was once a TV in the second bedroom, but it is no longer there. It would be a nice touch if it was there. Missing screen on front window. Staff was not particularly friendly.

loved how you get to park right outside the door. it’s a very cute motel. would definitely stay here again

even though there is a ac unit in the room there are no controls to turn it on. it is so hot in here right now. we have the windows open and it’s still hot. a lady we believe works/ lives here talking really loudly on her phone while walking around.

Nice clean and quiet room.

Property is next to a great coffee house.

I work remote and the internet is not great. Also, be aware the property does not provide a bedspread or comforter. I visited for my moms birthday and it was unpredictability chilly in Pismo Beach for this time of year, and I got cold during the night. I called the office to inquire about the bedspread and the person on duty explained they do not provide bedspreads. Beware if you fly in, as I did.

For a beach town, and no advanced reservations (more than a month out in summer), I didn’t expect a lot. Functional for one night, bed was comfortable and new linens were nice. Had a parking space. Good location. Lots of places to eat near by and a park to walk to with a beautiful view.

I paid too much money for this room. It was not clean. I wore flip flops the whole time, even in the shower. The shower was barely functional, and a tiny little stall. The walls a very thin. We could hear our neighbors conversations clearly. As well as anything happening outside. I don’t like to give bad reviews, but I felt that a warning to check your expectations was a good thing. I paid too much money, even for a beach town in summer.

The bathroom and bedroom were very clean and comfortable, a good value and close to everything and within walking distance to the beach.

The cable remote didn't work, but we just used my computer. I was too tired to ask for assistance, but I imagine someone could have helped us.
