الفندق ممتاز من حيث الموقع والنظافة والخدمات والافطار جيد وطاقم العمل متعاونين جدا والغرفة واسعة والاثاث حديث وجميع الخدمات متوفرة ف الشارع خلف الفندق يوجد اكثر من محل للاكل الحلال

Le rapport qualité prix, la quiétude de la chambre (demandez à être de l autre côté de la route), la patience du personnel, le petit déjeuner bon, salle propre et toujours de la place, la propreté de la chambre. À 30 min en uber de big ben avec embouteillages pour environ 15 livres.

Quelques tâches sur la moquette de la chambre mais le ménage était très bien fait tous les jours.

Lokacija je odlična, sobe dobre veličine, soba sa bračnim krevetom i kaučem je dobar izbor za troj ljudi. Čisto, osoblje ugodno i uslužno, doručak je u redu.

Great location, very good and easy connection to the center. Staff was helpful and very friendly.

The breakfast could be a bit better especially the bacon too dry, sadly no fried egg, and hash browns was wet.

We were given a quiet room with twin beds as requested . The beds were super comfortable. Parking was Ok but limited due to building work.

Everything was as it should be saw lots of cleaning going on.

Location was good, but Limehouse DLR was closed which limited the transport options. Good restaurants and local shops nearby... close to Canary Wharf and Wapping and the River. Desk chair good, room size good, comfy bed and pillows Breakfast was good and included but only egg option scrambled... no other option. Shower had good water pressure... Staff very friendly and helpful...

It's really tired. For £140 A night, passable but for £237 A night... way over priced!! Bathroom is tired 1970s like, the bedside tables are not tables at all - more like a ledge. They are so small you can't put anything on it except a phone. Too bad if you want a glass of water and your glasses there as well... impossible. It's beyond comprehension what purpose they serve except inconvenience. Everything including check in is all paper based... in 2023, adding to the 70s feel. And the lighting in the room was really poor. Sitting at the desk trying to do zoom calls my face was so dark no-one could see me and I looked ghostly... I ended up turning off my camera... Premier Inn just down the road a little at Westferry is much much better value and much better facilities (stayed there the same week but we're booked out and had to go to Holiday Inn express for 2 nights). It's just had it's day and there are way better options for less cost and less fuss available. Refurbish or rebuild...

Beautiful hotel, reception at a very high standard. The person who greeted me at the reception deserves a bottle of wine and high professionalism. Delicious breakfast.

The staff was very nice. They was very helpfull we stay 2 nights and on our way home we needed uber to bring us to the airport. Mansur from staff helped us very quickly

Great location. I was working at Limehouse Basin. Food was excellent and the cleanliness / comfort of the rooms was great.

Very small room, small like a camper. Very noisy location, huge traffic 24/7 upfront the hotel. They never provide me with invoice for the stay, so I cover it by my own money.

Good location, near to station. Breakfast included.

Cleanliness can be improved. Room carpet looked old, it needs to be renovated.

Breakfast was great as we were only expecting a continental option. Would’ve preferred a choice of egg options. Some of the dishes weren’t labelled so we missed hash browns as there was only the vegan sausage label next to it. Staff were all friendly and professional.

The carpet in our room was stained in places.
