The rooms are a great size and very nice. The staff were really helpful and the resort is well maintained

The room was really nice as were the facilities.

The lounge looked great but it was very hard and not comfortable. Also the bed was very hard and not comfortable at all. I woke up with a stiff neck and my partner didn't sleep very well.

Clean comfortable apartment which was quiet. Walking distance to local shops and washing machine was appreciated.

On-site restaurant and therefore room service closed and unavailable during our stay. Would have preferred a pool view room as opposed to street view.

The cleanliness of the room

Dryer was in the way, so the cupboard did not close, so my husband kicked his toe on the door. Staff were rude on arrival. Paid for 2x massages, and the therapist was talking the whole time and did a crap massage waste of money for both massages.

The room was spacious and modern. Loved the bathroom! The onsite restaurant The Spice Den was fabulous! We had a great meal and service was fantastic. Recommend!

The lift was broken so had to carry case up two flights of stairs. Car park was quite small, and would have been awkward to park if there had been anyone in the park next to us.

The property was really nice, my husband and I reminded of it like Sofitel in Fiji, the ambiance of the property. and we like how it was really quiet when we stayed, like it wasnt busy thats why its kinda relaxing.

We kinda disappointed on how the heated pool wasnt that heated, it was still freezing and the spa bath in the main pool wasnt working even if you follow the instruction of how to operate it. Like no one probably knows that it wasnt working, it'll be good if the staff check it every morning and/or afternoon, so that the guest can enjoy it. and ofher thing was when we checked out, the staff wasnt that friendly, didnt even say Hi/Hello they just looked at you and wait for you to tell them what you want and didnt even asked us on how was our stay like they just asked us room number when we given them the key cards and that it, not even thank you. That was the only downfall about it.

Elevator wasn’t working to our side of resort had to drag our luggage up 3 flights of stairs, floors weren’t clean.

access to rooms is a bit of an ardous task.

Nothing, we called to confirm we could book in after hours. After a 5 hour drive. We arrived 8 mins after operating hours and called the after hours as we were told to do before arrival to be told that we can't check in. Very disappointing! 2 different staff and 2 different stories. The 2nd person was hard to communicate with, not listening to what we had to say.
