Infraestrutura do quarto (reformado a pouco tempo), café da manhã (3 tipos de fruta, pães, ovos mexidos, bolos, sucos), localização (fica do lado do cais e de frente pra praia)
Chuveiro -》mesmo tentando regular de todas as formas a água sai tão quente que não dava pra tomar banho com o registro da água quente aberta (fiquei no apto 101)
Banheiro -》não possui janelas de ventilação, somente uma fresta, deixando o quarto com bastante umidade e as roupas molhadas com mau cheiro
Check-out -》o dono da pousada não consegue atender a demanda no horário das 10h da manhã, pq ao mesmo tempo que estava chegando vários hóspedes, aqueles que precisavam sair ficam esperando, nós mesmo ficamos um bom tempo até eu interpelar ele no meio de um atendimento pra descobrir que o Check-out bastava deixar a chave do quarto e partir
Café da manhã -》bem tarde pra quem quer curtir a praia cedo, fazer trilhas... (o café é das 8h às 10h)

Do atendente da recepção. Gabriel, muito agradável, deu dicas de onde ir e quais os melhores passeios do local e nota-se que entende tudo na pousada e cuida muito bem.

Not only does this hotel have an amazing location (2min walk from the port) delicious breakfast included and gorgeous clean rooms, it has Gabriel, one of the most welcoming front desk managers. He gave us the perfect schedule for our limited days trip and had the best attitud.

Perfect location, right in front of the beach and near esplanade, many restaurant options. Easy to get from the pier. Front staff was so helpful and kind.

Everything was amazing! Room, AC, cleaning, staff, breakfast... I truly recommend it! You will not be disappointed.
Abraão Beach should be cleaned. It looks clean but there are a few sewer on the sand going to the ocean.

The experience itself was really good. Breakfast was good and the room met my expectations with cleanliness, comfort and quietness. The staff support was excellent regarding activities and "Pousada Agua Viva" is located within everything you need to do at Abraao, so superb location.

Bed was surprisingly decent and comfortable. Which is atypical in Brazil.
Room was stark. Very poor lighting. Floors were slick. Hard to tell how clean they were.

The night staff wasn't friendly, I have asked some ice for my water and he simple told there wasn't any left to offer without checking in the kitchen or ice maker..
If Gabriel was there at night shift, I would have ice, and much better service .
Pousada should have a interphone for the guest to communicates with the staff if needed.
Top floor could have a big table in case some guest want to play cards.
Every room should a chai at least.
Have a better and comfortable pillows, mine was horrible unfortunately...
If the owners take this survey as an proactive improvement, that would be a plus.

Very good location in the middle of the center where everything happens. The staff (and especially Aby) was so helpful and did their absolute best to make the stay comfortable.

1) The shower wasn’t warming up, the staff was able to fix it.
2) The window A/C was super loud/vibrating. The weather was cooler so we didn’t get to use it much.

The location is super central, close to the main facilities and Harbour, rooms are very quite. Breakfast is good too. To recommend!
