A única coisa boa da acomodação é a localização, mas na mesma região existem outras hospedagens muito melhores, na mesma faixa de preço.
O quarto duplex tem um erro de projeto que torna seu segundo andar completamente insalubre, pq é fechado e excessivamente quente, já que ar condicionado, colocado no térreo do quarto, devido ao erro de projeto, não refrigera o andar de cima. Dizer que é possível hospedar alguém naquele local, sem a colocação de um outro ar condicionado independente no referido andar, chega a ser desumano, diante das altas temperaturas do verão de ilha grande. Pra piorar nossa estadia lá, o único ar condicionado do quarto não funcionava e, só depois de muito custo e insistência, os funcionários da hospedagem se convenceram que o defeito realmente exista, providenciando, por volta das 23hs, nossa mudança pra outro quarto, em outro hotel da mesma rede.
A equipe de funcionários tb não nos atendeu a contendo, pois deixaram, num primeiro momento, de fornecer toalhas de banho para todos os ocupantes do quarto e de repor o papel higiênico e sabonetes da acomodação. Para obter esses itens faltantes tínhamos que ficar insistindo nos pedidos.

A localização é ótima, bem pertinho do Pier e do comércio.
A limpeza do quarto no check-in não estava boa, muita poeira e areia no armário.
A parte superior do duplex não é climatizada, possui apenas um ventilador para duas camas.

Primeiro quarto que fiquei estava com muito mofo e a cama com colchão péssimo, acordei com dores na coluna, porém pedi para realizar a troca e fui prontamente atendida.

Right on the beach, close to the port. Receptionist spoke English and was very helpful. We got 10% discout to the restaurant next door.

service is amazing, staff is so friendly, compassionate and helpful. location is super central and on the beach. breakfast hours are good and a lot of nice things to enjoy. food and coffee are fresh, gets updated frequently. we had a problem with our room, we got switched and upgraded immediately. after that staff kept checking in if everything was still ok.
furniture is old. towels were moist and didn’t smell fresh. comforter was dirty. room wasn’t super clean. also found underwear lying around from previous guest. no hot water. we were on the third floor, which is located under the breakfast floor. therefore we heard every time a chair moved from 7 to 10am… Since we came for rest and some extra sleep we requested another room, which they looked into. in the meantime the glass bathroom door broke, which sped up the room change. when we returned later that day the glass was still there. but we moved to an amazing suite in another building. all was good there, almost perfect if it wasn’t for the lack of warm water… Since we had a lot of rain during our days on the island and the uncomfortable aspects of the accommodation we left the island a day early.

the cleaning was definitely not great, for a five night stay not having the bathroom cleaned at least once was complicated since it’s a place by the beach, and we had to ask for fresh towels even when we’ve been told they’d be changed every second day. The sheets were as well too small for the bed.

Location was near perfect. Right on the wharf and lots of bars and restaurants nearby. Breakfast was ok.
Sand everywhere before we even got there. Bed not only were very hard and uncomfortable, thin pillows, and sheets and blanket had several stains on. Towels felt old and worn out. Room felt damp. Curtains may as well not have been there as blocked zero light.

The room was smelly, as well as the blankets, asked for a new blanket and got another smelly and stained one. After a new attempt I finally got decent blankets.

Convenient location, right off the pier. I chose this place because I didn't want to drag my luggage through the streets.

My 1st room #11 looked like a room from Chernobyl. Old furniture falling apart, it's damp and dark inside and it was noisy since the room was next to reception.
So I got moved to another room a little better but still very shabby, very damp, not clean. There was a kitchen in my room that had nothing, no teapot, no cups for tea, the utensils were stinky and dirty (see the photo).
There were many many flies all over the room and bathroom.
After booking this place I received a huge list of rules which was already not a good sign.
Breakfast was the same every day, no fresh fruit juices.

Best location all around, in front of the beach and right by the city port (very close for embarking for any boat trips).
Walking distance from the main city plaza, and its usually lively nightlife as well.
There was a small leakage by the ceiling due to heavy rain at one of the nights during our stay, which made its way to the bed, partially soaking the sheets.
Plus we paid for a room for 3 guests, we had to request more than once for an extra towel and duvet. The room seemed to always be set up for 2. (eg. We had a friend staying solo in a separate room and in hers they set up for 2 as well, so the cleaning crew didn't seem to acknowledge the number of people registered to which room).
