staff are absolutely amazing, great location, good pool

bugs and ants, but to be expected as the bathroom and kitchen areas are outside

We loved everything about RC villas and felt so looked after by all the lovely staff. The breakfast was absolutely delicious and was delivered to our villa every morning at whatever time best suited us. We also had a free massage voucher to use in their spa next door on arrival. Absolutely recommend staying here, such a great location in the centre of Seminyak and will be returning when we’re next in Bali!

Cannot fault RC villas!

The staff were very good and helpful. Location was why we booked, the 2 bedroom setup of the villa worked well for us. Both rooms were clean and well presented.

The kitchenette wasn't well equipped. A microwave and toaster would have been handy.

The location is perfect. The staff are friendly and courteous at all times. The size of villa was perfect for x2 teenagers & parents. The pool is a perfect size with enough shade in the hot hrs of the day. I love the open combined kitchen & TV area. Air con is quiet & fabulous for the nights.

After reading previous reviews I was nervous to the mozzies but they where not an issue at all for our stay Feb/March 2023. Staff are constantly trying to alleviate bugs with coils & sprays etc, which are effective. Hubby would have liked a microwave.

as I mentioned tO the staff upon check out few things wE Didnt like the towels were grey Need new towels the TV was impossible to work out the safe as well Very difficult to work out out Of our 4 days there NO one cleaned the pool .. oN the last day swam amongst many Leaves in the pool

The staff we're fantastic, so friendly and helpful. The villa was great! Nice and clean comfy bed too. The pool was also great. Fantastic location,so close to everything.yet so quiet and peaceful as soon as we walked through reception and to our villa's.. Loved staying here.

Amazing villas with efficient staff. the best thing though is the location within Seminyak. such a convenient spot.

It’s a shame it doesn’t have any sort of in room dining.

Big rooms and comfy bed. Bathrooms were really nice.

Everything looked a tad dated and needs to be freshened up. The size of the villa is almost to big. The TV area is not closed off and it would be good if there was some blinds or something to keep mosquitoes out. Probably a better couch to. We didn't use the Tv kitchen area at all as it didn't feel like a great place to chill out.

The location was so central to everything/ the staff are very friendly/ the villa was a hidden oasis, super quiet off of the busy streets of Seminyak and it was nice to have a yard area rather than being boxed in between walls. The villa had a safe in each room and plenty of storage for clothes to be hung in the wardrobe. There’s also a spa and money changer right next door as well as a shopping centre down the road with an ATM inside.

The lounge area, kitchen and dining area are completely outside (but under cover)which isn’t ideal with insects at night. Would recommend putting bifold doors around it or a TV in the bedroom.

Location made it accessible to beach, restaurants & shops. Centre of things yet quiet when inside

Pool was large although dated Central location right next to Seminyak Square Lively area with lots of shops and food options Bedroom was nice and comfortable We stayed in villa # 8

Pool had live wiring in the fountain which was concerning Bathroom, living area and pool were dated. Wasn't overly comfortable Breakfast was not great. The ingredients weren't high quality so we ate out most days. They used concentrated orange for juice rather than fresh juice. The coffee served was instant coffee and came from a packet.

Only the location. Whilst the villa ‘looks’ nice, it’s totally unliveable. you just cannot use the villa due to heat, mosquitoes and geckos everywhere. We were confined to our bed sitting behind a mesh screen. At 6pm, the staff came in for the ‘night service’. This is where they spray insecticide everywhere and burn insect coils. Such a shame. A nice villa but totally impractical. So we advised staff on our first night that we would be checking out immediately the following morning and would seek more liveable accommodation. They were not happy and charged us an extra nights accommodation even though we only stayed for one night. I found this totally unacceptable but we had no chaise as they had taken our entire booking fee (4 nights).

Everything from the service to the villa. we loved every minute of our stay

Gorgeous Pool, Nice outdoor bathroom (modern) good size bedroom with wardrobe, Staff incredibly friendly.

breakfast was not too good, facilities a little tired but still very nice.

The staff were welcoming and nothing was a problem. The location is central and a couple minutes walk to the beach, shopping and restaurants. We will definitely be back!
