Alles neu alles. Dieses sehr komfortable Haus ist im großen Stil eingerichtet und nach einem Brand im Jahr 2012 wieder aufgebaut. Jedes Detail ist brandneu! Hohe Gewölbedecken, kunstvoll dekoriert mit einem Konzertflügel und viel Platz für geselliges Beisammensein. Das Hauptschlafzimmer hat Fenstertüren zur Terrasse, einen begehbaren Kleiderschrank und ein großzügiges Bad. Ideale zentrale Lage, nur wenige Schritte vom Farmers Market, dem Cheesecake Cafe, Enterprise Rent-a-Car und Heritage LRT sowie der Chinook Mall entfernt. Kurze Fahrt überall.

Das Haus ist hell und wirkt durch die hohen Decken offen. Viele Sofas und ein Flügel sorgen für gute Unterhaltung. Die hintere Terrasse ist der perfekte Ort, um die Sommertage zu verbringen und im Whirlpool zu entspannen, wenn die Sonne untergeht. Der Gastgeber bietet Ihnen drei Fahrräder in gutem Zustand, die Sie mieten können. Viele tolle Radwege befinden sich in der Nähe.

Our dragon boat team members stayed as part of the Calgary festival, perfect location to North Glenmore park.

The property is on a quiet street but close to a major road. There was ample parking. The house was clean, well maintained and we had a very relaxing stay

This was a perfect location for the 10 me of my family to congregate from all over the world.
Easy access to the C-train. Quiet neighbourhood while at the house. Modern decor. Dining opportunities are very easy to get to. Location was great for us to do the Stampede and also Spruce Meadows. Would certainly do this again - could not have imagined trying it in a hotel. Plenty of supplies for bathrooms, kitchen amenities. Great contact at all times.

We had a family gathering for our father’s memorial. This home gave us 4 bedrooms w 3 bathrooms. 2 kitchens, and a nice area in the
Backyard to gather at night. We even used the hot tub a little bit which was really nice to unwind with after a couple of tough days.
There’s great access to McLeod Tr and all the eateries around there. Also close to downtown and 17th ave if you want a little more action.
I would definitely stay here again and would recommend to anyone looking for a similar place to stay in the city of Calgary

Chance is a Superhost. He is easy to communicate and very generous. Everything we need in the kitchen is there even condiments,spices,tea,coffee,sugar. Overflowing of supplies like shampoo, conditioner, body wash, dishwashing soap, laundry detergent, cleaning solutions.
The place is very welcoming. Very organized and very clean and quiet. The place is in central location. Very convenient to everything.

The house is of a good size and accommodated our large friends group with ease. The neighbourhood is quiet and the heritage lrt station is an 8 minute walk away. Hot tub was well cared for and a nice plus for the evening around the house.

We were in Calgary for a family wedding we had a big group and ended up having a lovely stay at this place.. four bedrooms with very large king size beds. It was very much as advertised and then some. Chase left us a lovely spread so we didn't have to shop that night for breakfast the following day. The onion bagels were lovely also left us milk orange juice coffee and was kind enough to put coffee cream in the fridge for us when we arrived. He was very quick to answer any of our questions of which we didn't have many. The other thing that was remarkable it had six TVs one in each bedroom as well as one on each floor in the living area. This is a really great space if you are a big group. We were six adults and we had more than enough room. It could easily handle that. I certainly would recommend it

Moms retreat
Chance was very easy to communicate with. He answered all of our questions and was super efficient at responding.
The house was perfect for our ladies get away. Chance made sure to put out an extra mattress to accommodate us and there was plenty of pillows and blankets for everyone which was fantastic!
He even provided us with a few basic groceries he’s which was a very unexpected, and pleasant surprise.
The requirements for clean up were very simple and less than what has been required of me at other places I’ve stayed.
The property is located very close to Chinook shipping centre and other nearby amenities. It was a great location.
When we left I left behind a few belongings and chance was quick to find them and make arrangements to get them back to me. I would absolutely stay in this home again or any property offered by Chance. Thanks for your hospitality.

Perfect
Everything about our stay was perfect! Family of 8 and we stayed comfortably and happily. This place is close to everything. Kids loved the hot tub! Lots of on street parking, even for visitors. Highly recommend this property!

Wedding visit
This property was excellent for our visit to Calgary. The host was very generous and checked in on occasion to ensure everything was ok. Chance answered any questions we had in a very short period of time. We appreciated having the use of a barbeque and the back yard. The house was clean, comfortable and more than adequate for 6 adults. The neighbourhood was quiet and very close to shopping, with easy access to some main traffic arteries in Calgary. We would stay again if the need arose. Chance is a Superhost for sure.

Great location in the SW of Calgary
We were a group of 9 adults, and the house was an excellent size and layout for our needs. The owner was very accommodating with any requests we had and a very nice gentleman who made communication very easy. . The location was close so to everything we needed, restaurants, groceries, liquor store, takeout, and even a dispensary. We would rent here again.

It was a great home for my family
Lots of room for us. We were 8 and we all had a comfortable bed to sleep in. Lots of room to sit and enjoy a glass of wine in the living area and kitchen. I recommend this home for a big group. It was very easy connecting with the property manager.

Great home for family
My family and I (6 adults and 1 toddler, 18 mos. old) felt right at home. Great home to entertain, especially with 2 bedrooms downstairs. Our toddler was able to sleep with loud company upstairs; downstairs rooms are virtually sound proof.

Great house for a family
Good location, and awesome remodelled home not far from pretty much everything on MacLeod Trail. Owner is friendly and super easy to deal with. Would recommend in a heartbeat.

Everything modern and great floor plan...………..Send the kids downstairs for extra peace and quiet. Nice quiet neighborhood.

Spacious and well located
We really enjoyed our stay - we had 5 children and 5 adults and there was plenty of room. The house is beautiful and the owner was attentive and easy to communicate with. I would definitely recommend this property and would stay here again.

Amazing wedding week
The moment we walked into Chance’s home we knew we had made the right decision. The spacious home, great kitchen layout perfect for large family gatherings, lots of seating and a gracious host made the experience in conjunction with hosting our son’s rehearsal dinner more than we could of ever expected. Two kitchens allowed our base group of eight, great flexibility for dinners and the beds were numerous and comfortable. The outdoor space complete with a good sized grill and hot tub were a welcome treat for our family. Walking distance to a farmers market, and numerous restaurants, and the downtown train as well as only 15 minutes from downtown and the venue for our son’s wedding made it the ideal location for all of our requirements. Thanks again Chance for the great experience and we highly recommend your property to anyone.

Great Place! Would definitely come back again and again.
Beautiful property!My family loved it. It had good space- the kids could play while the adults also had space to chat and play board games etc. The owner was very warm and responsive too,he even put in extra mirrors to make the girls happy. Would have rated 5 star if the dishwasher was fixed before we left.

Great place for the price
We had a great stay at this place, Chance was very accommodating to our group and a pleasure to deal with. We had a group of 6 and it was cozy. The beds are small and not ideal for sharing - would be much better for a smaller group. However there was tons of room with both kitchens and living spaces for activities and cooking. The house could use some updating/improvements in regards to furniture, plumbing and some of the finishing, but overall it was a great place for the price.

It was more than we expected.
From the get go Chance was pleasant.
He was first hesitant about having 15 youth and 3 adults however it worked out well as most of them brought extra beddings plus Chance had extra mattresses.
Went to Calgary for our first basketball tournament at Sait which is a 20 mins drive from the house.
I'm very picky when it comes to kitchens and bathrooms and overall they were clean. Whatever I overlooked it just didn't matter that much cause the home was well kept, inside and out.
One of our coach is a chef so he made breakfast and dinner for the group which is so much more cost effective. Home cooked meals were by far better than take out/fast food.
Renting a home is the best way to go for groups as it also allowed us to bond and this house had the space for that.
After games some of the boys would use the hot tub and it sure helped.
On the last day of our tournament the time was moved to an earlier time so we had to drop everything and leave. We notified Chance of the situation and he extended the check-out time.
Would I go back again? Yes in a heart beat. Plus it's a lovely neighbourhood.
By the way, for us basketball lovers there's a court just walking distance from the house.
Thank you again Chance you made our weekend the best. I must say it felt like home.

Ok. Good location
Location very central. Lots of places to sleep and lots of nice decorations, second kitchen in basement was nice. House rules were kind of insulting and strange that his food cloths ect were all in the house.

Couldn't be better
What a wonderful experience............... a centrally located home near shopping, entertainment and transportation. A well kept home, clean quiet, well kept. Lots of space, we slept 8 comfortably with room for more. A lovely kitchen perfect for entertainment. Your host is welcoming and warm and is now considered our friend. We would definitely stay again.
