The place is well designed but needs renovation. The staff is friendly but, especially in the restaurant, needs training and closer supervision.

Great place for work. Good location, big enough rooms/ appartements. Good internet. Would need a bit of renovation here and there, but overall worth the money.

Room looked out onto shacks which had a smell coming from them. Stairs in room was a hazard. Rust in the bathroom. Cracked tiles/wall paper in bathroom. Phones in room didn't work. Cleaners didn't clean for 2 days. Asked for room to be changed but was pretty much ignored.

Good breakfast, daily water bottles added, change of towels.

The staff is outstanding. Very sweet and service minded. Both the receptionists and the restaurant staff. The breakfast is good, and so were the meals that we had. The pool area is also very nice. Good and well equipped gym.

The rooms are a bit worn, and there was a strong cigarette smell in the room, although the hotel is smoke-free.

The only problem (but one of the most important one) is the staff on the reception, particularly during the night check in. To all the wishes the response is negative. Can you give me the receipt where it is written “receipt” but not “proforma”? - No, it is from the system. Do you have a room service for snacks and drinks at night for those who checked in late (as it is written on the hotel’s billboard 24 hours room service)? - No, it is closed. Just 2 examples, however there were many of them. Personnel at the restaurant works very professionally and they are very kind and attentive. Dear managers, please consider the necessity of being a member of your team for a guy who usually works at night on the reception. Unfortunately, don’t remember his name. We had experience with him on both nights (9/10 December, 18/19 December).

Rooms are spacious and kept clean. All staff are very friendly, polite and ready to help whenever you need assistance. Great customer service. Convenient location. Serene and safe neighborhood.

Shower head was broken with no pressure at all. Water was barely being released in a continuous stream for a shower. Aged plumbing hence takes several minutes to release hot water. In most cases, barely any hot water comes out. Bathroom floor with dirt marks not properly moped. Broken air conditioning with non displaying remote which barely cools the room. Generally aged facility and room equipment.

The room was clean and well kept with a kitchenette and sitting area.I also liked the location of the hotel which was in close proximity to shops and recreational places around Masaki and Oyster Bay.

It would be good to replace the shower head.
