I was abit worried coming here due to some of the reviews but we couldn’t fault it. The guy at the front desk was lovely. Room was spacious and clean. Had 2 fans in the room which was handy as it was a warm day. Lady brought us up iron/ ironing board at request.

Lots of stairs up to the room but was fine was us but worth noting if your not able to manage lots of stairs

Very friendly and helpful staff. Good location close to Paddington station and Hyde park, nice pubs and restaurants close by. Beds are heavenly comfy.

Die Lage war hervorragend. Der Hyde Park ist keine 5 Minuten zu Fuß weg.

Wir wachten nachts auf, weil Wassertropfen von der Decke tropfen. Der Empfang war sehr unkooperativ, versprach, eine Lösung zu finden (Erstattung/Rabatt, Reparatur des Schadens), aber bis zu unserer Abreise wurde nichts getan. Es wurde lediglich ein Gratis Frühstück angeboten was wir aber nicht benötigen. Einen Rabbat aufs Zimmer wollte man uns trotzdem nicht geben.

Que nos pusieron en una habitación en el bajo, junto a la recepción, por lo que había mucho ruido de gente y de la propia recepcion a todas horas. La habitación era oscura y daba a un patio interior sucio. Tenía una cama que estaba contra la pared por lo que solo se podía entrar por un lado.

Actually there was an issue with the room so we were sent over to your sister hotel “Central Park Hotel”. Accommodations and staff were excellent as was location.

Amazing location, don’t know what the bad reviews were about, I was pleasantly surprised for the price.

I was on the top floor and didn’t get hot water in my second shower even though I left it to run.

Staff especially MK from Balgaria, she was such a nice and lovely person

Excellent service. Employees were very helpful with local knowledge and information. Breakfast is very good with a mix of options. The location is very nice, walking distance from Paddington and Bayswater. Hyde park and Kensington park are close by. Plenty of nice restaurants in the area. Very convenient.

Space in the breakfast room was very congested especially when the room was full.

The staff were pretty friendly and always ready to help. It was also a great location, with lots of shops and restaurants handy to get drinks, and a couple of undergrounds very close too (2 mins walking distance)

The lighting wasn't great at all, the walls were thin (with no acoustic buffer in between) so could hear the neighbours VERY clearly, and there was no mini fridge in the room so you couldn't keep any drinks or leftovers cold.

The location was close to everything and the staff was very nice and helpful. We received adaptors and blow dryer from the staff, as we didn’t have any.

Dirty/stained curtains, cracked walls, no elevator, no choice of buying at least some water from the hotel, stained carpet.

The Manager, Mr Mohammad Al-Emam, runs the hotel wonderfully well and has recruited a friendly, loyal and hard-working staff, some of whom we got to know reasonably well — Sam, “M.K.”, and Rohit. The location is brilliant, being only 15 minutes walk from Paddington, and 10 minutes or less to the Circle, District and Central lines of the tube system. The bed in our room was large and perfectly comfortable. And apart from the occasionally late comings and goings of other guests, the place is very quiet.

The coffee in the breakfast room is way too strong.

DO NOT BOOK IF YOU WANT ANY SLEEP! We were in B1, which is right below the reception area, and as a result you hear footsteps right above your head all night and voices when people come in during the morning. It was awful, I had the worst night sleep and would 100% not stay there again. I tried to address this with the hotel on checking out, was told to email the manager - they didn’t respond. Really disappointed with the stay and also how it’s been handled. don’t wast your money here

The location is very good and people are very kind.

The room was a little cold especially in bathroom. No hair dryer and cloth hangers were in the room but I could borrow them at the reception.

The girls in reception are super kind. Facilites, bed sheets and towels are perfectly clean.

We spent the first night without heating or hot water. We told the male receptionist on our way out the following morning about it and we didn't like how our complaint was handled. In the evening, when we arrived from a cold day out, we were told that the problem had been solved but we would be moved anyway because WE had blocked the toilet by throwing something (which we hadn't). They also said we would be charged over the deposit. Long story short, we spent four nights waiting for a plummer's confirmation which never arrived and were never charged.
