Amanda, la recepcionista fue muy amable y aunque la primera noche nos adjudicaron dos habitaciones muy viejas, de las tres que teníamos contratadas, para la segunda noche nos reubicaron a todos en las recién reformadas (aunque supuso estar más apretados ya que la habitación familiar nueva no tiene dos camas individuales a diferencia de la anterior).
Variedad de almohadas.
Hay un hervidor de agua muy práctico con infusiones en la habitación así como una botella de agua.
Nos guardaron las maletas bastantes horas después del check-out.
Las habitaciones reformadas no tienen ventanas y los techos son bastante bajos.. Es bastante agobiante. No ponen toallas suficientes y solo ponen un rollo de papel higiénico pequeño. Dejamos una de la toallas en el suelo para su cambio, así como la alfombra de baño, y no nos pusieron nuevas sino que volvieron a colgar la del suelo y dejaron la alfombra mojada dentro de la ducha.

Staff molto disponibile e cordiale. Posizione ottima: vicina alla metro. Camera funzionale: doccia e aria condizionata molto efficienti, balcone spazioso.
Assenza di grucce o appendiabiti. Qualche intoppo con la gestione generale durante il soggiorno.

Very clean room with balcony
The breakfast area was under construction so I couldn’t try but I think it will look amazing once done.
Wifi was very poor. We were on the 5th floor ( last floor ) and I couldn’t have any signal at all.
I called but still the issue is about the WiFi in that floor I think. So better ask for a lower floor.

J'ai aimé l'emplacement, le calme et la chambre familiale. Personnel très sympathique et réactif
Problème au niveau de l'évacuation de l'eau dans les douches, réglé assez rapidement par le personnel.
Pas de fenêtre dans la salle de bain donc quelques moisissures.

Lokalizacja - tańsza alternatywa hotelu niedaleko lotniska na jedną noc. Bardzo dobra, lokalna restauracja blisko hotelu. Czysty pokój, aczkolwiek łazienka wymaga remontu.

Quarto muito confortável com boa casa de banho, tudo limpo em com boas condições, TV ótima, smart TV e com acesso a Internet bom
Tinha um barulho eletrico que não nos deixou dormir, mesmo desligando a eletricidade, ficou a noite toda, não era do nosso quarto mas sim de lado, de 5 em 5 segundos começava e só parava após um bom tempo, falei com os funcionários no dia seguinte para arranjar alguma compensação ou algo porque não conseguimos descansar com esse barulho, disseram que assim que sairmos do quarto iriam verificar o barulho, não gostei da solução que deram, que foi nenhuma..

Fiquei hospedado antes no hotel e tudo estava perfeito, mas a última hospedagem foi decepcionante. Tentei cancelar, mas informaram que a Booking que faria.
O ar-condicionado do quarto estava quebrado. Tinha um portátil, mas sem adaptação, sem funcionários que sabiam manusear. Porta quebrada. Só fiquei pelo fato de não ter outra opção. O hotel não avisou da desgraça que estava o quarto.

Gustounos a comodidade das camas.
Os cuartos de baño necesitan de reparacións nas duchas. Había dúas pero as portas estaban estropeadas e non cerraban ben, había que sujetalas co pe. Ademáis as xuntas das baldosas estaban cheas de moho de humidade.

I really liked the neighbourhood the hotel was situated in. It was quiet and calm unlike the tourist spots of Lisbon.
The property was undergoing renovations and although I was informed about it. It made the check in a bit tedious

I really enjoyed the stay. The Hotel was a short distance from the airport which was very convenient for my long layover. The front desk staff was very helpful. I also liked how the hotel was within nice walking distance to downtown and the waterfront. The room was very clean and comfortable. I really liked all of the towels and the smaller amenities. Checkout was very simple.
The front of the hotel is under renovation so it was a little hard to find the building upon arrival.

I was not using much of the facilities as I was there work related so early out and late in. Especially cause I had a company event till late at night during the stay. All in all very good and nice. No complaints.

Room is OK for solo traveller. The shower area is very small, even though I am small build I booked this hotel for the price, 24 hour reception and convenience to Metro, 450m to Anjos Station

Very friendly & kind staff. I had breakfast 1 day and it was fine.
The rooms over the street are very noisy, unfortunately, and light cones in quite early no matter what you do with the shades. The bathroom was OK for me since I'm quite small, but would have been unusable for my husband, who is much bigger and taller, as it was super small. The location is a bit short on restaurants, especially for dinner, but it was safe and generally fine and convenient. Lots of bakeries and cafes for breakfast.

The room was spacious, everything was impeccably clean. Breakfast was good. The hotel is small, cute, with many nice details. All the employees are very kind and ready to help with anything you need.

A very good small and friendly cosy hotel, situated just few miles from Lisbon centre.
The mattress is a little bit hard, but nevertheless served the purpose.
