Very beautiful place, with a great view. The whole place was excellent and the surroundings were wonderful. The Garden was very nice and the pool was really nice. If you want to relax, this is the perfect place to hear the waves and nature.
The road to the place isn't the easiest. It takes some trust to believe, that the place really is where the map shows and the last hill could have a sign at the bottom, that you can drive there. There weren't any problems, but it might confuse some.

Amazing place, nice owner, beautiful garden, view, room, swimming pool. Everything is perfect, down to the smallest detail. We visited a few places in the Azores, but this place is a real gem.

An absolutely stunning location, great accomodation and the host was really amazing. The pool with the ocean view just adds up to the nice and relaxing stay. Praia do Fogo just round the corner is very beautiful.

Incredible views from this Beautiful home and pool! We saw dolphins from our lounge and listened to the soothing sound of the waves. Such a relaxing place to be! Jose, his family and staff are very welcoming and hospitable. They go out of their way to make your holiday a wonderful experience. We stayed in the 2 bed house and it was immaculate, with good facilities to self cater. The beds and towels are changed twice a week, its very clean and the house keepers will bring bread and do laundry for a small charge. The swimming pool is fantastic and our 2 boys spent hours enjoying it. Really hope to return to this fabulous holiday home again!

the location is breathtaking, waking up with the sound of the waves and birds was very special. the swimming pool is perfect, surrounded by luxurious green plants that protect you from the wind. the house is also tastefully decorated and well equipped. it’s a place to find peace and quiet, recover energies and enjoy a good book with either your partner or friends.
nothing, the house was exquisite! my only suggestion would be to add olive oil, vinegar and pepper. for short stays can can be handy for guests

The ocean oview from the terrace and the bedroom is so amazing! The swimming pool overlooking the Atlantic Ocean was so beautiful. All the house, the area, the breakfast and the lovely hosts are very welcoming, cozy and cannot be better. It's a paradise on earth ❤️

Enjoyed waking up with this ocean view a lot! Really one of the best accommodations ever. Nice staff, clean and large rooms, amazing infinity pool and very calm location, only thing you can hear is the ocean breeze and waves 😊 can 100% recommend this location!

The apartments are surrounded by beautiful vegetation and the sea. The photos of the apartment we had (one bedroom) well reflect the reality, no bad surprises. The kitchen is well equipped for those who like to cook. The highlight is the common swimming pool and it’s terrace, a great place to relax after an excursion. I liked the village Ribeira Quente, it is authentic and has a lovely beach. For fish lovers there is one good restaurant but for more choice you need to go to Furnas which is a 15 min drive along nice landscape. Jose is a wonderful host.
No critical point but a recommendation: it would be helpful to also have a photo showing the whole property so that you can better understand how the apartments are situated.

It was wonderful to have breakfast delivered every morning with a smile from Rachel. The apartment was incredibly clean and nicely furnished. The view was perfect. Would have loved to take advantage of the beautiful pool, but there was no time.
Unfortunately, the mattresses in both rooms are in dire need of replacement. There were only three choices for dinner in Ribeira Quente.

The location of this beautiful house is absolutely marvelous. You can see the sea out of every window. It is placed in a wonderful garden, with a lovely pool, the only sound you here at night is the sea and all of this is only 5 minutes on foot away from supermarkets/restaurants! It is close to Furnas at other attractions (the island is not big :-)). All rooms are spacious. Beds are good. The hosts are very friendly, they make sure you have bread in the morning. The kitchen is well equipped, you can cook what ever you like, if you like. Different possibilities to eat/relax inside and outside the house. Would definitely come back! Best house of this holiday!

Everything... staff super friendly and helpful. The location and tranquillity of the cottages is perfect. Close enough to the main road to access island sites quickly but far away enough off the road to only hear the birds and the breeze through the trees. Really good! I highly recommend. In my 2 weeks in the Azores it was my favourite accommodation, and the others were pretty good too.
