The stay was comfortable. The bed was comfy and the room was not too small. The staff were friendly and courteous. Enjoyed the lovely breakfast spread.

The hotel was easy to get to. It was clean and welcoming and the staff were very kind and helpful. The room had everything we needed for our overnight stop. The self service breakfast was excellent!

Only a 5 minute walk from New Street station in an area being redeveloped but quiet. Only a 2 minute walk to bus and tram stops from the rear door. Only a 5 minute walk to plenty of bars and restaurants and a lovely canalside area with more places to eat or a trip along the canal. Room was a good size and very clean. The bed was comfy and the shower was great. Our room was near the lift but surprisingly quiet at night. Blackout curtains and aircon a bonus to keep the room cool. Breakfast was really busy but plenty of choice and regularly topped up. Staff were really friendly and helpful. Good hotel for couples and families

Staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and beds comfortable. Breakfast was great lovely choice.
We went to a concert this was a ideal spot to stay close to the canal and utilita check in and out was a breeze comfortable bar area to relax in.

Good location for the Symphony Hall and near to the city centre. Nice breakfast which was included. Room was clean and comfortable. We were sharing with our daughter so it was a bit tight but still room to move around. Luggage can be stored until check in or following check out. We would definitely stay again.
The breakfast area was very busy even though we arrived at the recommended time for a less busy period. Likewise the lifts were busy during breakfast and checking out times.

Unfortunately very muggy in the room.. the air con didn’t seem to work. We complained at reception but it didn’t seem to make a difference. There was no window to open for fresh air either.

De kamer was ruim en de bedden waren goed.
TV heeft een screen mirroring mogelijkheid.
Ontbijt had wat luxer kunnen zijn. Dus met vleeswaren, kaas en luxere broodjes.
Geen WC borstel bij de WC.

Room was spotlessly clean and had everything we needed. There was free WiFi, Staff were really friendly and accomedating & wanted us to be as happy & comfortable as we could be. Had a lovely breakfast of sausage, bacon, scrambled eggs & beans, toast & marmalade. There were extra touches such as free magazines. We throughly enjoyed our stay & will return

Breakfast was good, lots of choice and locations is very good close to bar and restaurant/clubs and not a far walk to bullring
The lifts are a bit annoying as when you press to go down, if someone’s pressed for the lift to go up it will continue going up and not helpful when in a rush and especially when there is 17 floors…

Location value and excellent breakfast.
Access to the lifts was very poor due to the presence of a gymnastic competition which had a lot of teams staying in the hotel. Very slow at peak times
