The apartment is located in the wider city center in a beautiful ancient house. The apartment is modern and comfortably furnished, air-conditioned. I appreciate the personal and very accommodating approach of the owner of the apartment. She advised us, arranged a taxi .. Highly recommended, my husband and I were extremely satisfied.

No late check-out option and no luggage storage after check-out

We worked from here so, the location, the internet speed and the fact that we had tables to work on where the main reasons we booked this place. The AC it’s also good enough, because is sooo hot in the summer in Madrid. There are lots of bars and restaurant nearby, and if you are a foodie you can also find nice fine dining places at walking distance. There are also multiple supermarkets nearby. The bad is comfortable and the shower is very nice. The building looks nice inside and outside.

The apartment looks better in the pictures. The kitchen is very small, just one person can stay in it at a time, and not so well equipped (if you plan to cook/prepare light meals, not sophisticated stuff). There was a smell of dumpster sometimes in the mid day, maybe coming from the inside courtyard or some sewer. The walls are thin so you can hear your neighbors (not all the time). Downstairs there are multiple bars so you can’t keep the window open in the night because it’s too much noise.

there was a constant urine smell in the bathroom.  ironing board was broken.
