Great facilities, highly recommended!

Friendly and helpful staff. Conveniently located near highway exit but not noisy. After dinner can relax at self service drink corner or singing in karaoke room.

Check in at 6pm for those need more time to rest is not advisable.. Required reservation for onsen, karaoke, foods, etc..

I booked my reservation with you booking. Com and there was this NATIONAL TRAVEL SUPPORT CAMPAIGN to those who where vaccinated . The amount of my reservation was ¥7741.80. I called Balian Resort about this because my companion doesn’t have a vaccination certicate. She said that only one person can be given a discount that person who have a vaccination certificate z the amount she said for the accomodation will be ¥11,000 plus . But so disappointed upon check in the staff said that even one person has a certificate we will not be given a discount 😨🥲😢 he said that the hotel doesn’t have anything to do with booking.com system on how they (you) arrange the booking. So very disappointed because i dont know how much i will be charge. Guess i have to wait when my bills come 😔😞☹️

The bath and bedroom was very nice. They offer food/beverage at many hours of the day/night. Better than most hotels. I like that they offered many different tea flavors.

I wish they offered subtitles for the movies they offer on tv. I am not fluent in Japanese language, so it was disappointing to watch movie because I could not understand everything being said.

There are heaps of free stuff provided, from bubble bath to body lotion, even condoms..

The TV has adult content, but the hotel is not adult only.
