We loved the location. The staff was very nice.

We were through coastlinebeachrentals. The room was in MUCH need of upkeep and repairs. The shelf as you walked in was broke, the walls were really scuffed and chipped, the blinds had missing slats (the city night lights shone in so bright), the hair dryer was filthy and broken (had to go buy one), the bathroom towel rack was coming off the walls, most all metal was rusted and the shower curtain rod was taped together. The walls were disgusting! Behind the bathroom door the wall was cover in dust and even had long brown hair on it. The refrigerator door was rusted and filthy. Under the toaster looked like it hadn't be moved and cleaned in a while (lots of crumbs). The ceiling was very dirty around the vent (looked kinda like mold). The shower curtain was way to long. It was an excessive amount in the shower floor.

It got hot in our room when the sun came up. The dish washer didn't work either.

Close proximity to the beach. Plenty of security to make sure non-guests didn’t come onto the property. Plenty of pools and hot tubs indoors as well as a sauna and steam room to enjoy in case of bad weather.

Wish the rooms were cleaner

The unit seemed out of date. The bathroom shower curtain was dirty. The bed was so hard, my husband and I tossed and turned all night. The restless sleep made it very difficult to drive home the next day.

The view was excellent and the staff was very friendly

The room was not clean, and you get one ice tray, so if you have coolers you better buy ice before. No ice machines on floor. There were a few leaks and bad spots but wasn’t too bad could better, could be worse, but definitely would be my last choice next time.

Our stay was 5 days. It was beautiful! However the bed was hard as a rock, and left our joints and backs aching the entire time. Also, we were given access to a hot tub on our floor, but for the 5 days we were there even after asking the front desk, no one bothered to service it or fill it up. The only thing that will keep me from booking again however, is the bed... I'm still hurting from it.
