The staff were really friendly and accommodating

The location is perfect - very close to the beach, different shops, and markets. The staff is friendly, hardworking, and always happy to help. They all understand English. The food was great, lots of variety, and freshly cooked meals. Lots of fruit and vegetables on offer, soup, vegetarian and meat meals as well. Pizza for the kids if they are fussy eaters. The pool is perfect for kids and is clean. The gardens are very nice. The suit was a good size.

Wifi was not working properly, poor connectivity. The room was facing the main road so noisy at night. All beds need to be changed immediately - very creaky and noisy so could not even turn at night without being woken up.

The resort was basically perfect, kids loved the pool, food and mini disco etc so really I couldn’t ask for more. Ok maybe it needs a bit of a touch up with the decorative side but this dose not take away from the overall experience. The reception staff were really helpful and big shout out to them.

Small complex close to the beach and main promenade. Few beautiful swimming pools, perfect for kids, quite nice place, verry good selection of food. I was very sceptical about all inclusive at this price but to be honest food was excelent. Kids love that place. Very nice bathroom. Despite very poor quality rooms I must admit that the price was very low and very good value for what they offer. This is a perfect place for a great holidays on the budget and I will highly recommend it to everyone who have small budget, don't care about room quality but want good food, great outdoors, hot sunny days and close distance to the beach. I would come back there.

Bedroom with poor quality beds. Sofa in the living room very bad, so bad that we decided to move mattress on the floor. Kitchen very bad, just 2 glasses nothing else. But there was 4 of us! No kettle and no option to make simple tea. If only they change beds, put peoper 2 people sofa and fit cheap laminated floor panels and provide kettle and cups that this would be 4 star place. I think rooms deserve max 2 stars but food 4 stars.

It's a family vacation spot and nicely maintained. Worth spending time here and quite close to markets and beaches

Very friendly personnel, delicous food. We had a big family room, with balcony, also had a pool where we could relax and enjoy the sun. Price and quality were balanced.

There was was nothing bad, we appreciate the personnel especially - thank you for making our holiday special.

the staff were unapproachable and stern faced. the hotel is old and not cleaned well. the pool is freezing, the food is underpar with little choice. the alcohol included in the AI is bottom level for anything decent you have to pay.

Good location. The fact that it’s all inclusive is really handy. Lovely and clean. The pools were a good size.

Children’s pool a little small.

The breakfast was probably the best meal but was still awful . The lunch and dinner was just awful , my sister got sickness and we found the next night that the chicken was literally raw . We showed this to the chef who did take it seriously but we ate out from them on costing us a lot of money when we had paid a lot already for all inclusive. The drinks were awful and you had to pay for nice drinks . The fizzy drink was warm and flat and the water tasted like bleach .The restaurant feels dirty and really poor quality limited selection of food .

Dirty restaurant that felt like a dirty cafeteria with poor quality food . The rooms were dirty and run down with the toilet stinking like urine and shower leaking everywhere. Cockroaches In the rooms . I would not recommend this hotel to anyone!!!! Staff were actually friendly so it is a shame . I contacted booking on first night to be moved but they were not helpful at all .

The staff were lovely. There was a lot of selection for food at each meal, so something that everyone liked. the pools were lovely and clean. we travelled in december so they were a little cold but still so lovely. the location was great. close to bus route and shops.

There wasn’t a lot of night time entertainment. sometimes a woman singing and sometimes a mini disco but not a lot to do of an evening. the only thing wrong with the room is that the beds were quite solid, but we asked for extra blankets and put them underneath us.

central could be made nice but needs renovations reception very dated no lights at night to get around can’t see to get to the dining room and there is not enough room for everyone

clean, plenty of space, fridge in room, air con in all rooms. Good selection of food at breakfast, lunch and dinner. Sun-beds available at poolside throughout most of the day.

Old world, spanish village/town backstreet feel to the design of the complex.

The complex is beginning to feel a little tired and patched-up.
