It was exceptionally clean. Breakfast was amazing. Staff were very helpful and polite.

The room and breakfast was good.

We have stayed at this hotel previously and always have enjoyed our stay. Travelled in April this year and the main pool was closed on the third day of our holiday, with major construction work taking place. The other pool facility was not usable due to the volume of guests and also the building works that went on all day. I contacted reception 3 times and was told a manager would get back to me, which never happened, there was no communication via Booking.com other than a sentence thrown in at the end of the confirmation email advising that the pool would be closed, however no mention of building works or the fact that 2/3 of the sun loungers and space would no longer be available. Our holiday was completely ruined during the day time and neither Booking.com or the hotel were of any use to try and resolve or help with this. It is completely unacceptable that the pool and construction work taking place was not flagged or highlighted prior to booking, ensuring that we were fully aware of the implications of the "pool closure".

Good location within easy reach of shops, restaurants. Good buffet breakfast. Nice pool area.

Room was a bit outdated in furniture and furnishings. I feel the room was overpriced for the facilities.

Management of hotel very archaic, for pool towels they use some paper cards, which are stored like in some medieval library, rooms and common areas need renovation. Facilities, breakfast, food and management are worse than in neighbourhood 5 stars hotels.
