Śniadanie na bardzo wysokim poziomie. Co do lokalizacji to wielkim atutem jest bliskość do Stadionu Narodowego

wi-fi could be better

Great clean and quiet room with a comfortable bed. The hotel is near the river and not so far from the city center, so you can get everything by 20-30m walking.

Breakfast was great, and room was very clean. Moreover, staff was very helpful and let me do an early check in for a little fee. Overall, I am very satisfied with this hotel!

You can access most attractions and city centre by walking or a cheap taxi. Good location

Room very small. Bed extremely uncomfortable.

Room was clean and smelled very nice. Also towels/ sheets were changed every day. The breakfast was good even though there was not a big variety of choices.

The location of the hotel is not close to the city centre, however there are metro, bus and tram stations in about 7 minutes walking distance.

The only thing no kettle in the rooms but evrything else is good i would return

Friendly staff, 24h available lobby, good location, luggage storage for most of the day after I checked out.

1. Mediocre facilities: The water in both the shower and sink never stay in the same temperature - it either becomes progressively hotter or colder. Adjusting the water temperature is a pain in the a**. The faucets handles are insensitive and bulky in movement so the water is always either too cold or too hot. 2. Hard to maintain room temperature as well: either too cold or roo hot. Aspecially at night. 3. Had to beg to replace itchy bed sheets although they did replace the eventually. 4. No water boiling cattle in the room. The staff gave some unclear excuse why they dont provide it. I had to get down to the lobby every time I wanted boiling water. It took them a few minutes to boil the water. This was a very annoying hassle. 5. No fridge in the room by default. Had to pay additional 20 PLN per day for a fridge to be brought to my room. 6. Horrible WIFI. The hotel has a 5-6 wifi networks. One has to choose manually to which network to connect. At certain points in time the network works slowly, in other instances none of the networks work. I ended up using mobile hotspot eventually. The passwords for the networks are easily guessable so the networks are probably not secured. 7. Most of the staff doesn't speak English. Sometimes I worked around this by speaking Russian, ay other cases we just didn't understand each other. The attitude of the staff is very good though, they do try hard to help.
