The location suited my needs and the staff working at the entrances are an asset to the hotel.

Despite me calling prior to check-in I was rudely informed that no rooms were available. However after getting into a bit an argument where I stated that we need to check-in as my son needs to study for his exam, this was remedied. The shower in my room was a nightmare as it shot out a high pressure stream constantly :)

There was no one or towel available at the pool counter in the afternoon when I wanted a swim

Wish to have at least another card for d door as wants to go any where have to all go . Not convenient to shop alone. Wish shaver n toothbrush was made available

i like everything about the room it is very comfy, food was nice and the workers are helpful and polite.

had late check-in at 3.30ish pm (where we supposed to check-in at 2pm😑), no hot water supply during our first day check-in plus the room was very cold even we already turned it off until i caught a cold/fever 😑
