Amazing staff first of all. You have all you need for the great stay in Terceira: comfortable bed, air conditioner, kettle, wine glasses, balcony, pool, gym. Tasty breakfast with a good variety of food. Private parking.

Our balcony overlooked the children's playground, so it was noisy. 10 days before check-in, the hotel made two debits from the credit card within 15 minutes, but returned only one. This is the first time I have had such a negative experience with the pre-authorization process.

I loved the location (6 minute taxi ride to airport), and the pool & hot tub looking out to the ocean. The breakfast area was lovely & well stocked. There’s a jasmine-lined sidewalk leading out to the road that leads into town, next to the ocean. Bathroom was modern & perfect.

The bed was very flat & very firm, which I didn’t care for, although it was very clean. That was the only thing I’d change.

We stayed only for a night on a long layover flight, so didn't have much time to enjoy it much, but the pool and spa/bath in front of the sea looks amazing. The Breakfast was good for the price, room was roomy and comfortable and with a nice view too. Staff was supportive and made was some simple sandwiches ("Tostas", like grilled cheese) late in the night even after the kitchen was closed (because other restaurants nearby were also closed).

The reception was very kind, the rooms are excellent and well equipped, an amazing view of the sea, the hotel staff is charming, kind and helpful, the breakfast is amazing and very tasty. Convenient parking near the hotel and right across the road is an excellent restaurant for dinner. Perfect place.

The room with a sea view was amazing, when we were opening the balcony door the feeling was like your bed is right on the beach. The room was comfortable, perfect place for the couple. Location is also good with access to walking beach area, bus stop is near hotel, 10 mins walk to the city cafes and supermarket or you have 2 restaurants just near by (good option for the dinners for example). The included breakfasts were also really good, the ones we are usually expecting to have in the hotel (English breakfasts) :) but probably if you’re staying for more than 4 days you will be eating same food each morning. The water in the pool was cold (as well as in ocean), but the included warm jacuzzi completely compensated this problem!! And there is also a gym, it’s small, but also with ocean view. And we want to give special mention for the staff! They are just amazing people! Everyone was so welcoming and polite and they answered every question we’ve had! We loved this stay much, so if we will come to Terceira island again that would be definitely our choice!
