Spacious room with a comfortable bed. Only a couple of minutes from restaurants and a market, and seven minutes to downtown and the beach. Also has a nice outdoor area to relax.

Just small stuff: The room has a coffee maker, but it would be nice to have a little coffee available, a couple of tea bags, and some sugar. The shower curtain doesn't prevent water from spraying into the bathroom -- it needs to be a few inches longer or weighted.

I recently stayed at paulines apartments, and it was one of the best airbnbs I have EVER stayed at. The apartment I stayed in was a 1 bdrm, living room/kitchen, with a fabulous porch area, with a table and chairs. Beach towels were provided and DAILY maid service w/ room cleaning OMG you don't even get this in most hotels. Free parking, close proximity to the hotel zone. The ac worked great (one in the living room and one in the bedroom). stephan was very accessible. Daily towel changes if needed. Clean nice and just the best. The only thing missing....a full-length mirror. But I still give 5 stars.

Stephan was an exceptional host. Wacky Wahoo’s and Pika’s right around the corner we’re two of the best restaurants on the island!

The property has everything to feel comfortable: swimming pool with little grill and the shower, the apartment is a nice big size (and I had a standard one), and it’s sooo quiet. sometimes it felt like I’m staying alone in entire property because of how quiet it was. Stephan went out his way to make me feel comfortable. And I want to point out I’m a female solo traveler and it was so important for me to feel safe and secure. I contacted him in advance before arrival to ask all questions and he was so responsible and helpful from the start. the driver I requested to meet me at the airport was waiting for me holding a sign of my first and last name with a huge letters each of a size of my hand haha, then Stephan met me at the door of a property. he welcomed me, showed me around, and even gave me a list of diners with a discount from the property. he was also checking on me during a stay to see if I need anything. and any time I contacted him he was always there ready to help. also a big plus that the car rental company I found and used is so close. just 6 minutes walking from the property. it is called value car rental. very affordable and I found it myself. but Stephan will also be ready to help you find car rentals if you need a help to find one. p.s they even checked on me that I got back home from my trip safe

We stayed for nine nights in a studio apartment which was exactly like in the pictures; small but cozy. The apartment was very clean and there were hand sanitizers placed all over the building, cleaning service was offered everyday except Sundays. Stephan, the owner, was very helpful and organised us transportation from the airport to the apartment and vice versa. He also helped us to rent a car spontaneously for couple of days. Cleaning lady was very friendly and overall experience was very good, price performance ration is on point.

Lovely apartments, well equipped with everything you need. Very comfortable bed. Good parking right in front of the gate. The owner was very flexible and fast responding when being contacted. The place has a great vibe and a lovely pool area too.

Stephan made check-in convenient and easy. The location was fantastic, right next to Palm Beach and all the activities. The rooms were clean, the AC works great, and the property was serene. 100% recommend.

The pillows were a little too firm and hurt my neck.
