It was a very comfortable stay, we slept really well and had lots of space. The breakfast buffet had a lot of great choice too and staff were really friendly and helpful.

Das Hotel liegt in einer sauberen Gegend und man kommt schnell zu den Attraktionen. Der Pool ist eine echte Attraktion.

Es ist ein in die Jahre gekommenen Hotel. Das Personal steht sich selbst im Weg und ist unbeholfen. Die Poolbar ist kaum besucht, vielleicht wegen der Einfachheit.

It's an older hotel, still very well maintained though, but a carpet floor is something from the past. If not cleaned properly, it can hold some bacteria or other stuff from previous hotel guests, I'm not saying this was the case, but if I see a carpet floor, that's the first thing that comes to my mind. And I can understand this is not easily replaced and cost wise very expensive for a hotel to change this, so in my ratings I didn't took this in consideration. Curtains on the other hand can be cleaned more easily and maybe a bit more often. The room was a bit dark, but still ok.

We had a business room and the bed was extra large. Bedding and pillows very comfortable.

The shower had no pressure and wasn't working properly. The breakfast was not great, as there were almost nothing left on the buffet to eat and we had to ask for almost everything. Including coffee and juice. We went around 8 am. It seems that they only put out items when they open the buffet and don't top it up.

Service from staff was exceptional. The front desk personnel was very friendly and helpful, The bellman helped me cross the street, always there to open the door for me. The dining staff very accomodating. I requested a whole mango and puto on my last breakfast, they accomodated my request. Housekeeping staff kept my room clean and tidy.

Comfortable bed, a good desk to work, spacious bathroom, very good breakfast, top floor with a pool, bar and a smoking area. Also liked the personnel in the reception plus the people who helped us get a taxi.

One has to take a taxi to the malls.

Water wasn't warm most af the time in the shower. Pillows a bit too hard.

The staff are all great, many trainees, but mostly attentive and housekeeping was awesome. I have to say, we are always glad to see Wilma is still holding down the front desk, she is the best in the business!!! Breakfast was excellent for the money, changed up a little every day.

Pool bar was not open on a regular schedule, would be nice if they had the bar opened again on the first floor

Break fast was excellent! More choices in the menu but of course the sticky rice and sikwati the best for me 😂😍

I don’t know as I like everything the staff are absolutely amazing! From housekeeping to kitchen and reception they are all above what I expected

Location is great, with 7/11, Jollibee, coffeeshops, near starbucks and restaurants in Axis Entertainment. Room is spacious, clean and comfortable, my brother likes it very much. We were located at 8th floor with a city view. Staff who assisted us was very accommodating and friendly.

Requested for plates, spoon and glasses but we ended up going down to get it, maybe they were too busy coz its new year's eve so we quite understand. I was expecting more from Breakfast buffet on New Year, Jan.1, they need to add more menus. Inhouse was not allowed to join the countdown party in roof deck on New Year's eve even though we wanted to order drinks! We asked the staff to let us in for few minutes to see the fireworks.

Despite the room being booked for 2 adults and a child (6 years old), and advertised as “breakfast included” the hotel refused to honour this and charged us 294 pesos for our 6 year olds breakfast. The hotel staff couldn’t care less when this was raised, they feigned interest stating numerous canned responses to get rid of me. When these didn’t work a promise was made to raise the issue with hotel management and get back to me. This was clearly not done as we received no further interaction. I raised the issue again on checkout. I pointed out the 6 year old ate two bowels of cereal and a waffle, and to charge 294 pesos for that and ruin our stay through inadequate response was terrible. I was laughed. The staff member attempted to argue that the child could have ate more as it was a buffet. I cut short the conversation as I didn’t want to waste my energy on staff who prefer to escalate their guests bad feelings rather than solve the problem.

-Older hotel with newly constructed interior, clean and comfortable. Professional and friendly staff. Great gym. -Breakfast and rooftop restaurant were good. -Busy location, 7-11, small restaurants and fast food joints all around.

-Although useable, the Wi-Fi signal was weak.
