Ghat side opening ok but slightly dificult to reach from market side as the ghat side is back opening

The location of the hotel is the prime plus point . Few steps down is the Ganges river. The Dashashwamed Ghat is at walking distance .

They can still improve the quality of the accessories provided in the room.

No porter to carry luggage, Poor staff with zero response, No room service - even for water they straightway deny and ask to collect from the canteen. No lift. The hotel is very interior with a poor approach & they do not even support picking from the station. It was a disaster and a waste of money that we chose based on the photographs uploaded. This cannot be called a hotel it is below the average lower standard lodge. My parents have a pathetic experience.

Room are small vehicle facility is not exessible from main road to hotel but sevice was good. Food was tasty

Clean comfortable bed and own bathroom in the dungeon. Why not?)) Every castle has a dungeon. In Alka, there are rooms "no AC" in it. Why AC in the dungeon? It's so cold in here. Very comfortable temperature in the room. And the humidity is high, because the Ganga is close and the underground waters come to the surface of the walls of the underground rooms. Breakfast is freshly cooked, Indian breakfast is delicious. The staff is welcoming and friendly. The environment is peaceful and safe.

I put 10. This place gave me the best thing I needed on Maha Shivaratri - the perfect viewing and meditation platform for the whole night. The hotel has a beautiful meadow with a lawn and green spaces. It offers a magnificent view - on the left are the fires of Manikarnika, on the right is the beauty of the evening Ganga Maha Aarti on Dashashwamedh Ghat, down a few meters to the embankment - view from the central box of the opera theatre. From the observation deck there is direct access to the embankment. Two minutes to the beautiful Nepali Temple, four minutes to Kashi Vishwanath Temple. And this splendor was accompanied by a clean comfortable bed and a private bathroom in a dungeon.

A bit rundown tired

Both Dashashwamedh Ghat and Jyotirlinga Vishwanath temple are 5 minutes distance from the hotel which is excellent. The property is on the Ganges (ghat) so even if you don't get a river view room, you can always sit in common open place cum dining for a great feeling. The management and stuff are very cooperative and helpful

STAIRS. Anyone with aged company or having any ortho problem should stay away from this hotel. No matter where you go out, you better always be prepared to climb stairs all around

We were supposed to pay 24.000Rs, we ended paying 38.000Rs. They said server problem. The reality was thet we booked far in advance and was corona time and all the rpices were discounted. But on arrival they changed the price. They did not care about the price on our reservations. Not happy at all. Check in was slow.

Booking.com booked a Ac room but they provide me non AC somehow I adjust there but due to this my stay was not gud at there . There is no cleaning staff...due lack of hotel I hav to stay there food is costly
