The beds were comfortable, the location was great and having a kitchen to use was helpful. The views out over the city were impressive.

The wifi was extremely poor, and had to be constantly reset. There was very limited crockery to use, and no air-conditioning. The information in the booklet was very outdated: with prices for things listed in the area being way off.

It had a washing machine, close to main train station.

Seats at table are cocktail type high and this was a bit awkward at times.

Spacious appartment not far from Wien hauptbahnhof. Two large fans were offertes to cool down during the hot nights (no airco available). Laundry machine (bring your own soap), locked parking garage for our bikes. Vienna is a great city to go with kids!

We stayed with 4 people so 2 had to sleep on the sleepingcouch (which was OK), but there is no curtain or other covering option for the 2 roof-windows. So in summer you already wake up before 6 ‘o clock in the morning .. Previous guests had clearly been smoking in the toilet and bathroom, which kept on spreading through the appartment during our stay.

We were traveling with two children and large suitcases and our journey continued the next day by air to another destination. Although booking.com said that the apartments are offered in various places in Vienna, according to the booking.com map, the apartment is in the immediate vicinity of Vienna train Main Station, which was the most important for us. When we went to the place where the apartment was supposed to be located according to the map on booking.com, after a long time we found out that there was nothing like that and the accommodation was about 1.6 km from the place. . With two children and full suitcases, we of course had to use a taxi for transportation. In addition, we were flying out of Vienna early the next morning, so a taxi to the main station again. The location of this accommodation is simply a scam and I do not recommend anyone to book this apartment.

The apartment is big, clean. The balcony is clean. Check in and out is very convenient.

Lovely terrace, modern design

The location was good. Everything was nearby from the train station to the bus station and trams. The super stores were nearby. The kitchen was fully functional and had everything one needed to cook a meal.

Basic things like salt and sugar should be available for cooking.

The ACTUAL location differs from the booking page, about 18 minutes walk from Vienna Central Station. The bathroom had cigarette smell. You can hear some kind of compressor running if sleeping with windows open. The translation/English instructions can be very misleading. Miscellaneous fee (like cleaning) was not indicated when booking was done (only after) and being a non-refundable booking, there is no way of cancelling.
