A Memorable Stay at an Excellent Hotel I had the pleasure of staying at Casa Terra, an exceptional hotel located at the beautiful and safety town of Villa de Leyva. They fully exceeded all my expectations. From the moment I arrived until my departure, every aspect of my stay was impeccable. The hotel's location was convenient, situated in a vibrant neighborhood with easy access to multiple restaurants and cafes. The check-in process was swift and efficient, and the staff was warm, friendly, and attentive throughout my stay. The room itself was beautiful and even more beautiful than the pictures. The room was spacious, so was the restroom and the walking closet. It was tastefully decorated, featuring modern furnishings and a comfortable bed that ensured a restful night's sleep. Some of the amenities provided, were high-speed internet, and parking, catered to both leisure and business travelers. The hotel offer breakfast and the options were outstanding. They offered a wide array of fresh, delicious choices to start the day and their plate presentation and service represents how much their care about their guests. What truly set this hotel apart was its exceptional service. Every staff member I encountered was genuinely friendly and went above and beyond to ensure my needs were met. The hotel is managed by their owners. Ximena, is one of them and her friendliness and attention were above and beyond. She takes care of every single detail and strike to offer your the best service possible. She provided valuable local recommendations and was always ready to assist with any request or inquiry. The hotel's facilities were also top-notch. Overall, my experience at this hotel was nothing short of outstanding. I highly recommend it to anyone seeking a memorable and enjoyable stay at Villa de Leyva. From beautifully accommodations to the exceptional service, this hotel truly deserves its reputation as an excellent destination for travelers.

I loved every minute of my stay.

The property lay-out is like an relaxing, quality oasis. The rooms / suites are clean, beautifully decorated with stylish furniture and spa-like roomy bathrooms. To top it off, the staff is impeccable. Very friendly and extremely helpful. Really thinking ahead of anything you might need. Last but not least, the varied breakfast is a an absolute treat to start the day.

Our rooms (habitación terracota) were absolutely beautiful. The decorations and views from the window were amazing, and right outside was a patio and hammock. The courtyard below also stunning, with lots of areas to relax, and breakfast there was delicious. The service was great, and they kindly watched our bags for a few hours after our checkout time. The rooms were clean, and the location was close to the main square but far enough to be quiet at night.

Great location. The soup we had for breakfast was great. The guy working there on the first day spoke pretty good English.

The guy working there on the second day didn't have very good English. We don't expect perfection, but it needed to be better working for a hotel.

Casa Terra is a beutiful house. Rooms are so beutiful decorated, gardens are amazing. Service is incredible and the best breakfast ever in the garden. I love the place it is also a few blocks from the main plaza and all the restaurants and shops.

everything!! it’s a gem in a beautiful town. Outstanding service, delicious food, peaceful outdoor areas, very comfortable rooms.

The hotel is beatiful, and the rooms and bathroom lovely, nicly desighned and decorated. Breakfast was very pleasant and tasty.

We didng have hot water in our shower, and didnt have heating in the room. The shower also had mildew on the ceiling, and paint peeling from the walls. The hotel is lovely, lots of attention to details. But it is just not a 5 star hotel, and the advertisement is misleading.

This hotel is the best hotel ever. It was not just a hotel to spend the night, it was an experience from the moment you check in, to the sad moment you have to leave. This is a place where they pamper and spoil you. We did not want to leave. If you get the chance of going to Villa de Leyva, do not hesitate and stay here. The price is a little bit higher than other hotels in the area, but it is totally worth it mainly if you are celebrating a special ocassion. These people surely know what they are doing.

The house is antique and beautiful. Great location close to the main town.

The bed was harder than a rock. There were a lot of mosquitos and our room had 2 spider webs and a spider. The pillows were also very uncomfortable. The room didn't have a phone, which made it a bit inconvenient to get a hold of the staff. I would think that people who love their bed very hard and don't mind insects would have a better experience. Other than that, the place was beautiful and the staff were nice.

Great location, private, beautiful, well cared for and excellent food. Staff are knowledgeable and quite helpful.

this boutique hotel is extremely sophisticated, clean, peaceful and comfortable. At the highest international standards, they created a unique experience. the breakfast in the garden is unbelievable.
