Tranquilidad , comfort y espacio

very quaint, basic room with so many good restaurants close by. very friendly staff who took the time to explain everything.

Breakfast was quite delicious. Staff were quite helpful and accommodating. The pool and jacuzzi was so wonderful. Wish I could move in for awhile.

Most rooms don´t have windows. There are two hotels, one next to the other, and the pictures are not from the hotel we booked. The rooms are smaller than in the pictures and very noisy.

nice hotel, good location but sauna jacuzzy etc not for free additional fees, the breakfast on Sunday was very nice soup, ham, cheese etc but on Monday was different not chees not ham not arepas etc. it is realy very bad of course on the weekend they were a lot of people and on Monday much less. On Sunday was nice biffet but on Monday the breakfast was servedby the hotel staff and very pood even not small spoons for coffee, we ordered hard boiled eggs and we have got very very soft . By check in we gave already all details for the invoice but on check out we have to wait at least half hour for the invoice and it was a big mess. Staff very friendly, nice room and especialy nice bathroom. Good location.
