The Breakfast was good and they served a wide variety. Staff were friendly and helpful. Room was clean.

The bed was very uncomfortable - it actually had a slanted side on the right hand - pillows are half the size of normal pillows - guess to make the bed seem bigger!. For the price - and concidering they call the room we booked a "queen" room, it had a tiny little double bed and a small sofa bed in the room. There was no space for our three large suitcases to stand in the room. There was no fridge! The windows cannot open for fresh air. They did not refill the creamer or sweetner for coffee in the room either. My "perk" for being a Hilton honours reward member was 3 new bottles of water a day - wow (warm water because there's no fridge) - I don't know how this hotel is rated a 4 star!

Très propre et confortable

Une bouteille d eau de 50cl pour 5 jours de séjour , c est vraiment limite, on aurait aimé qu’on réapprovisionne notre eau pendant notre séjour. Et les pizza servis le soir : 15€ une pizza sortie de son emballage congelée devant le client et passee au micro ondes, un peu limite Et j avais fait une réservation de 2 chambres, ( et non 2 resa pour 1 chambre chacune), en demandant des chambres communicantes pour moi et ma fille. Arrivées sur place, on me dit que cela n est pas possible car on ne porte pas le même nom ….. 😡😡je ne comprends pas !

Personel oldukça anlayışlı ve güler yüzlü. Özellikle Sasha ve ekibine teşekkür ederim. Çocuğum için özel bir yatak hazırladılar. Kahvaltı oldukça çeşitli ve zengindi doya doya yedik :). Tüm mutfak personeline ayrıca tebriklerimizi iletiyoruz. Otopark konusunda oldukça anlayışlılardı. Yardımcı olmak için her şeyi yaptılar. Dışarı gelerek işimi kolaylaştırdılar. Amsterdam seyahatimde güzel olan anılarımı bize sağladıkları konfora borçluyum.

Otel girişi parke taşlı olduğu için bavulla yürümek biraz zor oldu.

The room was small and smelly, same smell as the corridor so it must be the dirty carpets. The window can not open, not even a little bit so no fresh air only a loud airconditioning. The shower had mould in the corners. The staff where there doing the bare minimum and The location is in the middle of subsidised housing area. I stayed in several Hilton hotels but this must be the worst Hilton hotel I saw. Definitely not worth the name and the 4 stars! This was at best a 2.5 star (h)otel

Kwaliteit prijs verhouding

Personnel, petit déjeuner, confort du lit, tout était exceptionnel. Nous avons bien apprécié de pouvoir manger sur place (vin et pizza) après nos journées de visites (ville, musées, etc) à pieds.

Die Zimmer waren für Amsterdam vergleichsweise groß und komfortabel. Anbindung mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln ca. 150m entfernt; mit der Tram 3 Stationen zum Hauptbahnhof. Das Personal war ausgesprochen freundlich und hat auch Extrawünsche (zweite Bettdecke) prompt erfüllt. Das Hotel ist sehr sauber und macht einen neuen, gepflegten Eindruck.

Das Hotel verfügt zwar über eine Parkgarage, die Plätze sind aber begrenzt und man kann nicht reservieren. Wir mussten in einem P+R eine Bahnstation entfernt parken und haben für 4 Tage 156 Euro bezahlt!!! Das Frühstück ist ok, der Raum ums Buffet herum allerdings sehr eng, so dass man sich mit den anderen Gästen oft stört. Das Angebot ist ausreichend, wobei die Brötchen/Brot eher simpel ausfallen. Ich hätte mir auch eher einzelne Zutaten zum selber mischen in der Müsliecke gewünscht, z.B. reine Haferflocken und Natur-Joghurt.

Ubytováni bylo útulné. Na pokoji jsme měli génius, žehličku. S dcerou jsme cestovalo jen s batohem, proto jsme ocenily, že byly k dispozici ručníky, osušky, mycí gel, šampon a kondicioner. Snídaně byly v ceně ubytováni, pestré, každý den s drobnou odměnou. Dcera měla bez poplatku zajištěné bezlepkové pečivo. Mi udělalo radost výborné smootie. Personální byl vždy velmi ochotný poradit s cestou, zajistit deštník, či deku navíc. Pokoj byl tichý, což jsem po jiné zkušenosti velmi uvítala (žádná hučící klimatizace, ani hluk z ulice). Výborná byla i doprava do centra, cca 5-7 minut tramvaji, která byla přes cestu u hotelu.

Chyběla mi na pokoji lednička, ale personál nám velmi ochotně základní nakoupené sýry v ledničce na recepci.

Ja, das Frühstück war gut. Die Innenstadt war mit Öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln gut erreichbar.

Located just a couple minutes from a tram station - short ride to the center or directly to the museums quarter. Clean.

There is no way to open a window. For us it was a huge inconvenience. Talked to the staff - it is their general policy, all the rooms are like that. If you do not like sleeping with A/C on - look elsewhere. Small beds. Double bed no wider than 140cm. As a result of these too factors the sleep quality was quite mediocre. Breakfast felt too American. Seems to be designed for Americans to feel at home. Not being an American, I did not really appreciate it, but this one is a matter of personal preference. When the breakfast room gets too crowded, the staff does not keep up with it, some food was not getting replenished in time. Amsterdam is the last place I would expect to run out of cheese. Had a partially clogged sink in our room, complained twice at the reception, but they still failed to fix it. No fridge/minibar in the room.

A l’arrivée, le personnel de l’accueil est très aimable ! La chambre, située au 4e étage est très lumineuse. L’hôtel est bien insonorisé ! Le petit déjeuner, buffet, est très copieux et varié avec certains mets différents chaque matin ….

Ce qui n’est pas agréable par contre c’est la porte de la salle d’eau: vitrée opaque, elle laisse passer la lumière quand l’un des 2 occupants va aux toilettes la nuit. La chambre « profite » de l’éclairage et cela peut déranger 😔

The breakfast was really nice and there were various food options. The beds were quite comfortable for one night stay. It is good that they have a baggage room where we could leave our bags because we arrived before our check in time.

Even though it is called "Amsterdam Centre" it is not central at all. To get to the city centre it took 40 minutes by foot. Also, it was impossible to open a window in our room so during the night and especially in the morning there was no fresh air in the room and it was hard to breathe.

The room was nice and comfy and had everything we needed. Tea Kettle was a have to have for us. The Breakfast was outstanding. Lots of amazing choices I was very happy with it. Beds were very comfortable. And good hair dryer.

I wish we had hooks in the bathroom instead of those nubs, my towels was falling on the floor. I appreciate room cleaners to be so attentive, but they came to clean the room when the Do mot Disturb sign was on the door, and I don't appreciate that.
