Breakfast was great.
The bed was uncomfortable in our friends unit.

Perfect location and amazing view. The place had plenty of space. The spa bath was excellent. Great deck for breakfast.
The main heater in the room set to 28+ did not warm the bedroom well, even with the door open and the main room uncomfortably hot. It felt wasteful but it was all we could do to make the bedroom warm enough, and even then it was not quite enough. Better heating would get this otherwise great room up to standard.
The soundproofing was poor. We could easily hear the noise of what seemed like a normal-loudness conversation in the next room. Not great conditions for a bedroom.
This place was apparently built before people has so many things to plug into walls. There were very few convenient wall sockets.

Perfect location, spectacular views. Beautiful large and comfortable unit.
1. Having to ask for an iron and ironing board. Should have been provided.
2. No laundry facilities. Very inconvenient for travellers as we were.
3. Kitchen did not have a conventional oven. We like to self-cater where we can but this was not fully possible.
4. False fire alarm one morning during breakfast:
- There was no speaker in the room. We only heard the announcement by chance. There should be a speaker in each apartment.
- There was no "false alarm" announcement so we evacuated as requested only to be told by the retail tenants that it was actually a false alarm and that it "happened all the time". Very annoying and inconvenient.

We picked the keys up from a separate motel which was just across the road. The room was spacious and had everything that we needed. The balcony was large and the room overlooked the green valley below and the ocean on the horizon.
Will go back for longer next time. The air con did not reach the bedroom but we were comfortable. We were told that they were upgrading the aircon anyway.

Location was excellent. Easy check in and within walking distance to the entire town. Lovely view and wrap around balcony.
It's very dated. Would have been a pearler in the 1990s but in need of a revamp now. Reflected in the price though.

The location is great.
The aircon stopped working due to a storm, resulting in a very hot and uncomfortable night. There was no information in the room about who to call in an emergency. When raised at the reception upon checkout, the gentleman blamed the younger woman who checked us in the day before for not imparting that information. No apology was forthcoming. Very poor response.
We have stayed here five times over the past few years. Property is very run down and tired looking.

I have stayed there on a number of occasions, and we always find this accommodation meets our expectations. On this occasion we brought along some International Visitors, and booked the 2 room Apartment, it was up to your usual high standard.

The property was ideally located in the centre of the Montville dining and shopping precinct. Its big appeal were the spectacular view from the deck over the Sunshine Coast.
Everything was in excellent condition and well appointed. A special thank you to the manager who was so courteous and helpful (especially when we accidentally locked ourselves out!)

The view from the room was stunning. Being and older style building we expected the room to have an old smell however it was absolutely spotless. Beds were very comfortable very clean and exceeded our expectations.
The only issue we had was the shower head was slightly blocked and it did spray water all over the bathroom and wet the toilet paper. But it wouldnt stop us from staying at the stunning location again

unfortunately the bed and pillows were extremely uncomfortable, similar to a concrete mattress and the most emaciated pillow.

Our Mother and Daughter get away was made perfect staying in the huge 2 bedroom apartment at Mayfield on Montville. The apartment was comfortable and self-contained. The view was exceptional and the spa bath was a lovely addition. Absolutely fantastic.
There was nothing we didn't like, however the stairs could pose an issue for some.
