The staff are very professional and gentle. The dinner and breakfast are very well cook.

Some of the staff are not English soeakers, but the ones on the front desk are good English speakers.

Room is small for family

The breakfast is served hot. 2 options served with rotation in menu. Clean eating area. Accessible by lift.

Changed rooms 3 times over 1 week. Rooms with no windows can be difficult for people who are claustrophobic. Settled into a room with balcony which was great,3 days before checkout.

The location is perfect -- a quiet neighborhood, but near the yellow line metro and also a quick ride to lots of attractions. Rooms were clean, quiet, well air-conditioned. Great restaurant on site. Staff were very helpful with all our special requests. We plan on coming back soon on our next trip to Delhi.

Breakfast was very simple but ok for the price of the room. Was supposed to be a buffet but there were just two food items. Might be better if set breakfast is served because with little food it becomes annoying when some guests keep grabbing it with disregard for others.

Like mentioned earlier, breakfast could be served instead of self service. Other than that the guest house/hotel is a nice and tidy place to stay. The location is great for those who want to be close to the airport and the metro.

It’s exactly 5 mins walk from ILBS. Highly recommend to stay here while visiting your loved ones. Very courteous and accommodating staff. Clean rooms.
