The condo itself is as pictured but it overlooks the harbor which is full of trash. There were cockroaches in the kitchen on the counters at night. There is no information book about the property and the Wi-Fi info was very hard to find. Other than that, it’s centrally located and walking distance to the beach and downtown. Next time I’ll find a place with a pool though.

My husband and I came to Hawaii as a Bucket List trip as we are both retired and this condo was perfect. And the view was gorgeous. Would def book again.

Property was in a perfect walking location to everything in Waikiki. Parking garage was attached to the unit. You couldn't find a better location.

We stayed at the Ilikai marina condo #780 the two last week of March 2024 and were not disappointed.The view is simply amazing directly at the marina and a perfect view of the Friday night fireworks at the Hilton lagoon,not to mention the breathtaken sunset every night.The condo is equipped with everything you need and our host was so kind and quick to answer all of our questions and needs.Mahalo Jenna for making our hawaiian vacation more memorable with your beautiful condo.R&A Doiron N-B Canada

This is an old building but this unit was nicely decorated and clean. I loved sitting out on the lanai every morning with a cup of coffee and every evening with a glass of wine. Seeing the fireworks on Friday night from the lanai was awesome! We didn’t cook much except eggs for breakfast but the kitchen is well stocked with plenty of cooking utensils and pots/pans and also with spices, etc. This building is within walking distance of my cousin’s place, Pau Hana, and he’s the one who recommended the building to us. Thanks Mark as we loved our stay here!

We were greeted by 3 roaches in the cupboard and on the kitchen floor upon arrival & everyday after. Obviously, this set a crappy first impression & sour mood at the start of our trip since we actually use the kitchens in the places we stay at. Now, every pan, dish, utensil & counters needs to be washed PRIOR to using them. She knew about the roaches as evidenced by roach traps under the kitchen sink & roach spray in closets. Thereafter, we saw roaches everyday in and around the kitchen. The roach problem was due to a leak under the kitchen sink which ended up all over the kitchen floor. She had a pan already placed under the leak which meant that this was also known. The leak was handled immediately but the handyman was disgusting, leaving dirty tools & gloves all over the counters. DISGUSTING! The kitchen is described as a gourmet kitchen. It's not. The freezer that is part of the fridge is broken so now there's a freezer in the utility closet. The whole apt shows signs of wear. As for ethical business practice & behavior, this owner falls WAY short. Months ago, she agreed on a specific amount to refund due to a cancelled trip when COVID hit. The refund was to be issued upon check in on this trip. We actually had to pay for this reservation even though we had already paid. Yes, the owner made us DOUBLE PAY. That was the first strike. Then when we were issued the refund, it was less than the stated amount. In effect, the owner's word was and is worthless.

The view is amazing! So much to see and do within walking distance. Very comfortable bed!

The refrigerator stopped working, the blind to the sliding door broke and the bathtub was moldy. There were roaches in the front room. We tried to make the best of it. With all that it was an amazing ocean view

The check in process was smooth, parking in the building was horrible. The entrance and exit were constantly blocked by other cars. But it’s not really relevant to this listing. The location was great, walkable to Waikiki and shops. Communication and support from the host was great! We had some emergency, Janna was very helpful with our concerns and situation, we were grateful! The cleanliness was overall alright. We saw 2 roaches but I understood it could happen. Overall we enjoyed the view here! No noise at all

The good reviews are right - this is a great place to stay and perfect for us! The condo is shown well by the photos, the view is so interesting and the location is great. Tips: 1) the Bus stops on the corner nearby and is super convenient; 2) take note that you'll need to use an app on your phone to do the laundry. Janna was immediately responsive and helpful with a few things we contacted her about. Highly recommended!

The pictures online are deceiving, the place is old and needs updating. The balcony is approximately 2 ft X 3ft, the bathroom is so tiny, you can barely get in tub/shower and I am small. There are no black out drapes so the sun shine in until it goes down. There is no television in the bedroom and the A/C barely works. There are plenty of roaches and their fix is a can of Roach killer for you to spray. The only positive is the host respond to you very quickly. We couldn't wait to leave.

We stayed for 3 weeks and enjoyed it very much. The condo is well equipped with everything you need for your stay. It is in a great location with a short walk to the middle of Waikiki. We loved the view of the harbor with lots going on, the lanai is very small so we did not sit out but that did not spoil our time there. Janna is a great host and she is very quick to reply to any questions I had.

Unit has terrific view. Very comfortable and as shown in pictures. Close to beach. Had a small issue with the frig and host responded immediately and solved the problem. Mahalo for an excellent accommodation.

Perfect location for walking about and making your way to various activities, perfect size for just the two of us and nice to be able to cook some meals in. Water pressure in shower was awesome!!! Fireworks show on Friday night pretty cool.

This was an amazing trip for my family. This condo was beyond perfect! So close to Waikiki beach and a little walk to the Ala Moana Center. Everything you could need is across the street at the ABC store. This condo had exceptional breakfast, dinner and/or lunch. The sunset over the harbor is one you don’t want to miss!! Would re-book this room 100 times again.

Easy access in and out to the building. Parking in the garage just a few steps from the condo. Great views of the marina for watching the boats in and out as well as watching people. Great location at the edge of Waikiki and close to Ala Moana Beach Park and Hilton Hawaiian Village.

I totally enjoyed staying there. I had to contact owner a couple times, and the owner was really helpful.

There were many stores and restaurants near by within walking distance of the condo. The beach and lagoon were also close by. It was very nice waking up to the view of the beach everyday.

The pictures are out dated , and we’re not sure that we stayed in the same unit as in the pictures . The unit is adequate and has everything needed for a good vacation time . Just not as luxurious as pictures make it look . All in all, we had a nice vacation and really enjoyed our honeymoon. The location of your condo is Great .

The cozy, cute, and well equipped condo was perfectly located for parking on the 7th floor. There is so much to walk to and enjoy in the area. The corner unit was the cherry on top! Enjoy a stay there, and you will not be disappointed!

Great location. View of marina and close to beach. Hilton Lagoon great for those not wanting to venture into the surf at Waikiki. Red Lobster next door and Harbour Pub in basement. The pub is a dive but has great prices, mixed cocktails and pizza. Chart House Restaurant on property but very spendy for a place with carpet glued to the ceiling. The washer and dryer are no longer in the apartment. Paid machines upstairs. The property is a little dated but suited our needs. Very comfortable for a couple.

This was our fourth year in a row staying here and we will most certainly continue to come back! We love this little spot in paradise! It is just right for myself and my husband. We walk to Foodland or Target to get groceries and other essentials at the Ala Moana Center. Most days we pack up lunch and our beach chairs and walk down to the beach to just relax and hang out. If you take the goggles you can easily swim out to the reef nearby and see tons of fish and turtles. When we do want to explore the island we rent a HUI which is located right in the connected parking structure. This was our first year having any issues. The freezer stopped working. Janna quickly had a new one delivered. She was so quick to respond to my message and make sure it was all handled well. 10/10 would recommend!!

Everything about this condo is so wunderful.The place,the equipment ,the near to the beautiful beach,everything was fantastic there.Don't waste your money in the overpriced hotels , stay in this condo and you will understand us.Life is short and therefore you should go to Hawaii .Thank you Janna for everything we will come back.

This condo was as depicted. Beach chairs, towels, etc. were provided which was very helpful. Any issues were promptly addressed by the owner. Cleaning crew could be a little more detailed cleaning counters & cabinet doors, otherwise a nice place to stay with Ala Moana Center within walking distance for groceries, etc.

Walking into this space was amazing. It looked exactly as the description. An excellent location for the beach and all activites.

Looks exactly like the photos. Easy in and out and had no problem finding parking. If you’re not in to all the crowds, you can sunbathe at the lagoon. It’s a nice walk down the beach for more action. The bed was literally the most comfortable I have ever slept in, and the pillows were dreamy. It’s about a $40 Uber from the airport. We would definitely stay here again.

A great location with a wonderful view. Only real problem was that the freezer quit working the second day.

As advertised. Being next to other properties with restaurants/amenities was a plus. Comfortable for 2 adults.
