The main bed should definitely be replaced, as it negatively impacts the overall experience.

This apartment is located only 10 minutes walk away from Piazza Maggiore which made it easy to go to the main attractions in the centre of Bologna. Despite that, the area itself is quiet and in a lovely area near Giardini Margherita. The apartment has a lot of character with a lovely terrazza with a view of one the towers. It is very comfortable and extremely clean throughout. I had two young children and my sister with me and they loved it. The host, Daniele, was welcoming and hospitable and wanted to ensure that our stay was enjoyable and comfortable. I would very much recommend this apartment and hope that I can return there one day.

Fab location, plenty of space and amenities. defo recommend staying at Tre Camini.

Not a huge issue, but as it is in the attic, there are 3 flights of stairs to get to the apartment.

Gorgeous flat with everything you need in a perfect location. Lovely decor, great terrace, near to restaurants and only a short walk to the centre and other areas. Very relaxing stay.

everything. the location is 10mins walk to 2towers of Bologna. close enough and quiet enough at night to sleep. there are many local restaurants, bars, supermarket around the area. the property is clean. fully equipped. but to remind that there is no lift. the airconditioning was working well in the bedroom and living room. the balcony is cute and spacious enough to dry our clothes on the rack outside. the owner lives in the same building and he is always available if you need help. we stayed for 5nights and highly recommended.

There is very comfortable and home-like place. Location: walk distance to all seesights, markets, stores and restaurants. Also Bologna Central Station is reachibale in 20 min. Neighborhood: quite place in the middle of town. Inside of flat: home remaining atmosphere include climat control and full star sky through the celling windows. Great terrace!

Absolutely charming attic apartment in a lovely, quiet location that was wonderfully convenient to be able to walk everywhere in a few minutes. The apartment was extremely comfortable and had the added bonus of its own roof terrace with a view directly to the most famous tower. We ate all our meals out there even in early October and it would be a god-send in the heat of summer. Our host, Daniele was lovely and very helpful. I left a favourite item of clothing in the wardrobe and not only did he post it back to me in the UK, he wouldn't accept any payment for the postage! Perfect host of a perfect apartment.

All was fantastic and very pleasant! Greatly located, you can walk to all sights. Park to relax nearby as well. Unique interior, very cosy, private terrace is perfect to make you feel at home and enjoy a glass of wine.

Small inconvenience were the 3 levels of steep steps to get to the flat, low ceilings which can be tricky for tall people in certain areas of the flat
