It's worth paying extra for a pool access room. Resort is also good for giving me the best room.

It would be nice if thw owner has a budget for maintenance. It would be sad to see the place deteriorate. It's normal wear and tear but a basic regular maintenance does go a long way in the upkeep of resort

The resort is big. Room is spacious. Staffs were friendly and accommodating. Massage was extraordinary.

No wifi connection in our room at all. Food at the restaurant was okay. Not much western breakfast choice. Two complimentary 330ml bottled water in the room, have to pay ₱50 per bottle if you ask for more. Located at the beach but you can’t really walk to and swim at the beach.

The rooms and staff were great

The shower wasn’t cleaned properly And the spa didn’t have shower facilities and you were expected to go quite a way past restaurant guest half naked to shower after a scrub

misleading information about the amenities staff was not friendly….. they are friendly on the day that you are departing ! Equipment not working properly Bad smell in the room Spider webs in the shower -not cleaned properly Guest goes in the wrong area the doors are closed so that staff will not have to give directions to a certain area. Seems like the staff is there to socialize instead of accommodating the guest Poor Management of the property !!

The room was very spacious. & the air conditioning was great.

The bathroom need's to be updated. The fixtures were rather old & rusted. The breakfast was ok. but I did not like the fact that pancakes & french toast were offered, but only chocolate syrup was available.

The best part of our stay was the staff. They are extremely nice, polite, friendly and respectful. They made all the difference for our happy stay

Pool was a bit dirty at times but once requested, it was cleaned immediately

You know, I just can't thank of a thing that I really liked about this place. If I had to chose 1 thing that I liked it would have to be the aircon.

Everything, the food the Beach, the staff the front desk,, she tried to charge me 2 times for the stay,, the girl there could not even read a receipt. I showed her my payment and she still couldn't get it.. this place was terrible.. the Guy that came to get my bags looked the room over before we left and told the girl at the frond desk everything was good and she still wanted him to go look again, he told her it was good everything was there.. this was a place I would not tell anyone to stay at. I will never go there again.

location was ok, dinner restaurant staff was horrible. we had to flag down staff every time we needed something. we ordered a club sandwich and a Caesar salad. when we got order the Caesar was missing the dressing and the sandwich was the most horrible club sandwich I’ve ever had. there was 4 layers of bread and very little topping as in very minimal!! staff were sitting around talking amongst each and not attending to guest needs. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!!! we also received a charge upon checkout from the front desk that came from the restaurant for 960php which was dated on 6-11-2022 when we checked in on 6-12-2022 which didn’t make any sense. because we always paid cash every time we went to the dinner restaurant and the dates didn’t even add up. long story short they wouldn’t let us leave till they figured it out while our service van was waiting for us.
