I booked prepaid more than 1 month , cannot be cancelled or changed. But when we arrive . The hotel staff inform that No vacancy. And send us to Reddoorz @Palajuanders far away from my booking hotel a few KM VERY BAD HOTEL. Then Booking.com send me e mail and ask me The Reddoorz tell Booking.com. I don t come to check in , .... LIAR Hotel. It s a cheating affair , showing the good room and location , when the customers chk in ... Tell them No vacancy then move to the another place far away!!! The new hotel ask me to pay again , said Reddoorz dont pay money. But I refuse because my booking is prepaid booking.

They had overbooked the hotel so got relocated to another one. Staff ladies were dishonest when asking a couple of questions and didn't actively inform why this particular issue had occurred. They didn't compensate for the transportation to the new place which was in an entire other corner of Puerto Princessa.

It’s a chain hotel for a cheap price so I suppose you get what you pay for! Great location.

Lots of cobwebs and bugs everywhere. Kind of dusty, basically just needs a good clean.

The hotel wasn’t very clean and the staff wasn’t very attentive. Also, was a strange policy that you have to pay if you get dirty the sheets with blood or ink when they give you already dirty and very old sheet and towels. They tell you to wait when you do the check out while the inspect the room. On top there was no room cleaning service during our stay. wouldn’t recommend.

It's beside the highway and near to the airport,it's in the city center.

Since it's in the center.. you can hear all the noise until 4 am in the morning. I can't sleep!

. Helpful staff very accomodating. Good location if you like a convenient to all shops and restaurants.

Dust all corner specially bedside table. Dog loud sounds in the evening. They don't have card machine for payment

The location was good, with restaurants, bars, shops and fruit stands near by. The staff were very helpful and attended to all our needs. The room had a good and relatively quiet AC.

The beds were comfy but the pillows should be replaced, as were clearly old and no longer provided the right support. The room was above the main entrance to the hotel and we could hear everything that was going on out on the street and in the nearby bar, therefore we slept very poorly. The bathroom was in need of renovation as seemed a bit scruffy and new towels are in order.
