I like the place and the room.Very quite .You can feel relax .The staffs are friendly and accomodating.There was a free breaksfast and I like the food.Theres a lot of restaurant nearby.

The attitude of the receptionist - when we asked him to call a tricycle to go the the airport he lied to us and said they don’t drive to the airport - this was a nonsence as we got to the hotel with one. So we asked the guys in the hotel kitchen if someone can call us a tricycle and they did - and there was no problem driving with it to the airport, which is less than 2 km away.

Great staff - friendly and helpful with tours and onward travel bookings. Breakfast was good.

The staff were kind helpful and very accommodating The room is always clean and it was very big. A special shout out to May Ann she is exceptional in her service . Its literally lots of Green around the hotel that makes it more cold. We choose every day for breakfast what we would like to have. It is everyday delicious and freshly prepared. The hotel is 2 min walk from the center which is accessible to everything. We met the owner Ms. Olga and shes very nice not to mention that shes also a pet lover which gives her a good impression on us. Thank you for the wonderful services. We highly recommend your hotel.

On the first day on our arrival, the place itself was kinda little scary because it is a little hidden. And because of the huge tree plants and the location itself. The building and surroundings outside can have some refreshing look as it looks already a little older. Even though the rooms look great. We were about to change the hotel but my fiancee told me lets check first the room, when we saw the room it was a huge change whatever the negative thoughts in our head.. I would definitely give 9 out of 10 overall rating

no bar of soap although they do have the soap dispenser, floor drain not leveled so water ponding is observed inside the toilet

The property is in a great location, very clean and the staff was wonderful and friendly. Make sure you try Olga’s Hungarian sausage.

The location is right off the main street, near restaurants, grocery stores and to the Philippines Airlines customer service location. Besides the restroom issue, everything was clean, good WiFi connection, good air conditioner, dealing fan.

The restroom had a bad smell, I believe it was an issue with the sewage system. Also the bed frame had a wooden boarder that we bumped into a few times, really hurts. No fridge for to put drinks and/or food.

The beds were so comfortable and spacious - best night sleep in Asia ! They run a free service down to the airport which is 10 mins away

The restaurant area doesn’t live up to the rest of the property in terms of cleanliness.

I love the corned beef breakfast. The bed is comfortable. the place is quite and peaceful. Staff are great and polite.
