Charming Beach Cottage. Sie können die Brandung in der Nacht hören, Außendusche zum Abwaschen nach einem Tag am Strand. Sehr kurzer Fußweg (auch für Kinder) zum Pier, den örtlichen Restaurants, dem Kino und dem Bahnhof. Großartige Lage für den Zugang zu allem, was San Diego und Orange County zu bieten haben.

We took a family vacation and had never been to Oceanside. The property was great and the location to the beach was fantastic! We will definitely be coming back in the future.

My wife and I couldn't have asked for more in a vacation home. The locations was perfect. The beach is just around the corner and most everything is within walking distance. In the two weeks we were there we only used our car three times. We either walked or rode the bikes that were provided. The fenced front and back yards provided safety for our two dogs. The furnishings inside were more than anticipated. Everything you need for cooking except for the food. The bathrooms were stocked with all necessities including shampoo, conditioner, soap and an abundance of towels. The air conditioner worked superbly as did the rest of the appliances. The back yard had a large covered table as well as several chairs and loungers. We hated leaving and hope to go back again next year. You can't go wrong with this reasonably priced rental.

We loved staying here and will definitely be back! It was very clean and cozy. It was so nice have two bedrooms and two bathrooms - definitely a must with 4 adults. The location was great! It was a short walk to the beach as well as places to eat. We had a dog with us and it was so nice to have a fenced yard. It had everything we needed for the beach - boogie boards, chairs, towels, an umbrella and a wagon to cart everything in. There were 5 bikes for us to ride as well. Loved staying her and had a great time!

Great house for our family vacation! Super clean and fully stocked with anything you could need. The location was probably our favorite, walking distance from beach and restaurants which was great for us traveling with kids. Loved the front yard too. Highly recommend

Lovely little seaside cottage, a block from the ocean. Fully renovated to modern standards while retaining the original charm. The open plan design and flow into the nice yard made for a great place to have a small gathering as well. And excellent communication with the owners, so all-in-all, a great experience

Husband and I and 2 small dogs came for 10 days for his 50th birthday. Great house and yard. Secure for little dogs. Great location near beach/pier/downtown. We walked and biked everywhere.

The cottage lived up to what was advertised. Stayed for Ironman Oceanside 70.3. Location to the beach and The Strand was perfect. Cottage had everything we needed. The bikes and lounge chairs were great. Within walking distance of shops and restaurants Would definitely recommend and stay again.

When you first walked in, the place was very inviting. We found it had all the items we needed. A short walkng to the beach. We watched the sunset most nights. Very convenient to local restaurants and shops by walking. Comfortable and private. We really enjoyed our stay.

Beds are comfortable, all furniture is nice and can comfortably accommodate 6 people. I liked that each bedroom had its own bathroom. Making it nice for 2 couples to have some privacy. Back yard is very private with large patio table and bbq.
Neighborhood was quiet. It is located right by the train station but the trains do not blow their horns coming and going to the station.
Located on a one way street made it nice to not have a lot of traffic going by.
Kitchen well stocked and had everything we needed.
Enjoyed everything about this house.

This was a quaint property. It is less than 5 minutes to the Pacific Ocean. Our family loved the walk to the beach and the Pier.
The house had a great kitchen and family room and worked well for our family.

We stayed in this wonderful beach cottage for a month and wished we could have stayed longer! The house was very clean and equipped with everything we needed, but at the same time felt uncluttered. The location is amazing, close to everything and we hardly used our car. Being near the train station was not a problem for us--we enjoyed being able to walk across the street to catch the Coaster downtown. The fenced-in backyard was great for our dog. The owners were super responsive. We had one plumbing issue and the owner came over right away to fix it. Couldn't have asked for nicer hosts. We hope to stay at this property again!

The rental was great. They have beach toys, chairs umbrellas and a wagon in garage. Puzzles and games when chilling at the house and best of all, you can walk to everything you need in Oceanside. Beach, market, restaurants, farmers market, etc. Next trip we’d return to this rental. Owners were easy to communicate with and contactless checkin. Smoke and Monoxide detectors. Although they are near the commuter train, that wasn’t a problem. Kiddo loved watching it come and go. Free entertainment 😁

I recommend the cottage.
The property is a solid two bedroom cottage. Everything that I expected to find in a beach rental was there and easy to find. The furniture is comfortable and serviceable and I was confident in using the appliances, as well as the light and plumbing fixtures. Everything is up to date and in good condition.
Prior reviews have mentioned the train station across the street. It is definitely there and you are pretty close to downtown so you will also hear traffic noise and people talking as they walk by, but I appreciated the location. I could walk to restaurants that are close; the pier and a nice beach park are also close. I visited with family during the day and slept well at night and was not bothered by the noise.

We have had the pleasure of staying at the beach house a few times. And the most recent upgrades make the stay even more amazing. New bathrooms and upgraded 2nd bed size was perfect! Love the back yard. We will be back as many times as we can!

This property is within walking distance to the beach and many great restaurants. It’s also convenient to I-5 if you’re planning to travel in the region. The house was clean, comfortable, and well-appointed. I also appreciated the binder of local information provided by the hosts. This is a great property for two friends or a small family traveling together.

One block from the beach and one block from all the action on Mission. Plenty of room for my wife and I and a couple nights for our adult daughter who lives near by. Comfy beds and plenty of kitchen utensils and a nice BBQ for cooking at home and an easy walk to all the restaurants. A closed in front yard and a closed in back yard both with artificial grass. Our lab loved it! We especially like the quick walk to watch the sunsets!

Loved this cute beach cottage! Walking distance to the beach and everything else you could want or need. The cottage had everything we needed for the beach or just hangin at home, including comfortable furniture and beachy decor! It is located across from the train station but barely any noise. The flies were a bit of an annoyance but they were all over Oceanside so recommend your favorite fly repellant. Loved this short trip and can't wait for our next visit! Thank you!
