Payment for tap water, in addition to the high price for dinner

We received a very friendly warm welcome on our arrival after a long and delayed journey and were then assisted with our luggage to our room with balcony and mountain views. We stayed on a half board basis for 9 nights and the food was exceptional and always beautifully presented. The menu was varied and very well balanced. Staff were most courteous and helpful throughout our stay and every area of the hotel, including the leisure facilities and gardens were actively managed and spotless. It was clear that our hosts, the Told family take great pride in the hotel by ensuring all guests are given the very best attention.

Had our wedding night here. The room was beautifully decorated when we arrived the next day. The Hotel is nicely decorated and provides a decent breakfast. Interesting: they assign you a breakfast table with litte name cards in the morning.

1. first day checking in, we realized (only middle in the night) that we did not have any towels. But we were helped quickly with a fresh set 2. The Hotel denied my request to shorten my stay from 4 to 3 nights because I booked through booking.com. Fair enough - that is what the cancellation policy said to begin with. Hoped for a little gesture of goodwill. 3. I made staff aware that they missed to restock my water the second day and I was told that I will only get one water for the stay. So far so good, but I was a bit offset by the comment I can drink tap water instead and I am the first guest in 30 years to complain about that. 4. i didn’t too much linke the king size beds are 2 twin size beds side by side and they could not provide king size duvets when I asked 5. wooden floors - you do clearly hear the guests walking in the room above you

Beautiful property. Spotlessly clean. Great location in easy walking distance of the station, town and skiing. Friendly and attentive staff. Lovely breakfasts, and great local information. The swimming pool, hot tub and spa complex is wonderful. The room was large and very comfortable with a great view.

The owners and staff where absolutely wonderfull, the food was great both breakfast and dinner. The room for one person was spacious and decorated like expected. The spa area was GREAT. All in all a great experience with the staff being the major higlight

The only downside is that the hotel is located a little walk away from the town center and the ski slopes.

property is located in good reach of all slope the most friendly hotel staff I have ever stayed we felt very much at home which made our stay extra special the food was again was absolutely amazing this was our first family ski holiday and seefeld is just amazing for beginners and kids but will keep experienced skiers happy it was great going to the hotel stunning pool and spa after skiing and chilling in the outdoor hot tub whirlpool I cannot rate this place enough

breakfast was one of the best! the beds where very good! The spa was very good, also the swimming pool

i didnt like the fact that we came to 11 nights and had to wait 3 days for a table near the window because they kept it for other geusts, also we didn't like the big groups that made noise and came very early, like us, to eat breakfast..

Beautiful hotel near the centre, amazing interior and adjoining garden. The owners and other staff were very helpful, always smiling. The furnishings in the room, the restaurant and the wellness were absolutely superb. I highly recommend a quiet place for a vacation..

The athmosphere in the hotel gives you the feeling to be at home. The owners make everyone feel so very welcome. Staff is very friendly and always thinking one step ahead. Breakfast is excellent. Rooms are very clean. Location could not be better.
