Overall, the experience was not good.

Comfort of the beds and the room is risible. One of the beds was broken and when we went to complain, the attendant said he couldn't change it because he didn't know if it was me or if the bed was already broken. Absurd! After a long conversation, we got a room for that night and the next day they changed the bed.

Putting it short: for the first time ever, absolutely nothing!

Where to start....old building, very old facilities, uncomfortable, the constant wind sound made it look like a medieval castle. The first room had air conditioned broken, no wifi, air drier broken. Complained and got another room still with no wifi and still the sound of wind (we didnt sleep). Only a single plug to charge phones in the entire room....The swimming pool space has nothing to do with the picture. Cheap Breakfast...

Offered poor quality room, when something else was available. Difficult negotiation to have our request granted - bigger room , windows and balcony.. Satisfaction, finally but with a struggle. Second room was good.

Arrived bar closed.. for 2 days staff couldn't be bothered bath had no plug on the sat had to wait till Monday 4 maintenance? Rec couldn't get a basic plug.. when u order food coffee come back wrong order when inform them they leave it and walk away....

The kind staff, the nice surroundings around te swimming pool, breakfast, the willingness to help or make small talk. Really good to have a bus stop at the front of the hotel, directly in contact with Cagliari itself (about a 40min drive)

There was a leak in the bath but it wasn’t fixed when we left. Overall not that bad because they did help us with extra towels and stuff, but it would have been nicer if it had been discovered and fixed earlier. It wasn’t such a big problem.

The breakfast and the waitress were nice during the breakfast.

We were under nonstop control of the staff (reception, pool). Especially one of the receptionists (older guy) was wery rude. We were told that we can't bring even the water from the shop to our room. We were told it is because of Covid, but it wasn't mentioned in the conditions at all. The room was quite old and noisy.

I am sure it is not 4 stars, as announced
