Sehr schönes Haus mit architektonisch tollen, sehr modernen Zimmern. Catharina und ihr Personal sind äußerst bemüht und sofort zur Stelle. Frühstück nett im Garten, Auswahl liebevoll angerichtet, aber überschaubar. Wir waren auf der Durchreise und haben nur 1 Nacht hier verbracht für den Besuch von Cagliari. Dafür war es ideal. Die Nähe zur Straße haben wir nicht wahrgenommen bzw. hat uns nicht gestört.

The B&B is a small property with pretty gardens and a small swimming pool, perfect for families who have children. My child loved playing in the garden and pool with another guest, a little girl she made friends with. Our first room had issues but Caterina, the host, solved it rapidly. We changed rooms and everything went smoothly. The rest of the staff was very nice and friendly. The breakfast area is in the back garden and it's a cozy space. There's a take away pizzeria place close by and you can get very tasty pizzettas, for only 2,50€!

The location is not the best, next to a noisy road. We had a car so we could easily explore other beaches in other areas. Without a car it would be very difficult.

+ luxe modern landscape and interior design. The villa has a small but beautiful garden with a steaming pool + big comfortable room with unique design. I like an electric tv bed, different type of room illumination and blackout curtains + the breakfast served in the garden was excellent. Hot fresh backed goods (brioches), good coffe, salt dishes, fruits. Love Villeroy and Boch caps. + gentile and hospitality staff

Sehr nette Gastgeberin , bei jeder frage war immer am Telefon zu erreichen,sehr modernes Zimmer und voll ausgestattet, sogar unsere Urlaubsreise haben wir noch ein Tag verlängert . Zimmer war immer sauber und Personal sehr nett 👍 Frühstück war ausreichend und gleich in kleinen Garten zum genießen .Wir haben in Ruhe sehr genossen unsere Aufenthalt. Vielen lieben 🫶 Dank.

I had a fantastic stay at this B&B! The beautiful and spacious rooms provided a comfortable and relaxing retreat. Each morning, the delightful breakfast offered a perfect start to the day. What made the experience even more enjoyable was the warm hospitality of the hostess and breakfast lady. They were incredibly friendly and made me feel right at home throughout my stay. The hostess had some fantastic tips for things to do in the surrounding area, which made my exploration even more memorable. Despite the minor noise from the nearby road during sunbathing near the pool, the tranquility inside the rooms ensured restful sleep and peaceful nights. Overall, this B&B offers a charming and inviting atmosphere with friendly hosts and delightful rooms. Nothing to complain about

We were so comfortable at Villa Vi. It was clean, quiet and very well kept. Best thing was the closeness to the beach that was a beautiful long, sandy natural beach, not at all busy and excellent to swim in. There were no facilities but Silvia at Villa Vi lent us an umbrella so we were good. We did not have a car. We took the local bus to Cagliari, which was easy, two nights (only stayed three days) and had dinner in the old town. Bus stop located across the road and bus was on time. We also took bus to Villasimius and then shuttle to the beaches there which worked fine. Preferred beach near the Villa though. Breakfast fine, nothing amazing but all you can expect from Italian breakfast. Lovely croissants. Good features ware the spacy fridge in the room and the little veranda outside. Liked the fact that we needed no key but all locks were with a code. Vilka Vi perfect for a short stay when looking for relaxation.

Only downside no nearby restaurants available for lunch. There were some cafés however and we stocked the fridge w fruits and yogurts etc from nearby Coop.
