Great contact with the host even one week before the stay, quick reaction when the heating system malfunctioned (everything fixed of course!), very clear instructions, spacious, cleaned and cosy interior, beautiful garden, peaceful neighbourhood of detached houses, very close to the sea. There was 17-20 degrees, which was about 15 more than in Poland. It was a perfect winter refuge for us!

I can't remind myself anything like that. :)

Ottima posizione sia per chi vuole godere del mare vicinissimo ( a soli 3 minuti a piedi), sia per chi vuole spostarsi nei dintorni. La casa è ben attrezzata, curata, pulita e confortevole. Il giardino splendido, dotato anche di vasca a idromassaggio che abbiamo sfruttato diverse volte. La consiglierei a tutte le famiglie che vogliono fare una splendida vacanza in Sardegna. Il proprietario inoltre è estremamente gentile e disponibile. Spero di tornarci presto!

Our experience surpassed all expectations, thanks in large part to our exceptional landlord. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with warmth and hospitality that made our stay truly unforgettable. The Villa, nestled amidst Sardegna's breathtaking beauty, offered a harmonious blend of luxury and comfort. Its elegant design perfectly complemented the natural surroundings, providing stunning vistas of the Mediterranean Sea and picturesque landscapes. We were instantly captivated by the tranquility and seclusion this Villa offered. Inside, the Villa was a haven of sophistication. Impeccably decorated living spaces provided ample room for our group to relax and create lasting memories. The bedrooms were beautifully appointed, offering cozy retreats that ensured restful nights of sleep. The outdoor space was equally enchanting. The Villa's terrace and pool area became our favorite gathering spot. We soaked up the Mediterranean sun on comfortable loungers, cooled off in the refreshing pool, and savored delicious meals prepared in the well-equipped kitchen. It was a sanctuary of serenity and indulgence. Our landlord played an instrumental role in making our stay exceptional. Their attention to detail and genuine care for our well-being were truly remarkable. From the moment we arrived, they went above and beyond to ensure our comfort, providing personalized recommendations for local attractions, restaurants, and arranging memorable excursions. Their warm and friendly demeanor created a welcoming atmosphere that made us feel right at home.

Loved the outside area. Beaches were very very close. The closes was a 5 m walk. There was a lot of common space. Really good value for money for the space and facilities

the host welcomed me warmly. The villa has been beautifully renovated and has an excellent location, the beach can be reached in 2 minutes. The marina is within walking distance. There are several excellent restaurants in the area. We had a great barbecue in the garden. Everything you need is available in the nearby store.

Great host, warm and positive check in experience, house is equipped for 2 families (we were 8 persons together) , spacious, with two terraces, incl. nice grassy garden, with hot tub available (even our kids used it only once), kitchen is fully equipped, incl. wash machine and dishwasher, our stay was very comfortable. Good location near to Cagliari city. Parking inside the property is suitable for smaller cars, we rather parked our mini van and combi car on the street. Thank you Giorgetti for your hospitality, tips for beach and restaurants, and interest if we are fine during our stay.

Beach can be reached within few minutes by foot, just it did not meet our expectations (is not sandy), so we traveled by our cars to other locations for better beach experiences.
