The location is good. The staff proved to be good hosts. Breakfast varied and within expectations.

- Breakfast not included. - Direct neighbourhood is uneventful.

The staff were excellent and parking was easy on the street (free until 9am) with the option to park in a a garage for a fee. The breakfast looked good, but perhaps not for 14€.

The hotel is located on a dreary street. The photos make the hotel look grand, but this is only the front facade. It is the only nice building in the area. The room was clea, as was the bathroom, but so clean that the bathroom smelled like a hospital - medicinal clean.

Location is very close to train station, only about 5-6 minutes on foot. Old town and city center are easily reached within 15 minutes on foot, but there are trams as well. We asked for a quiet room and got one facing the backyard so there was no noise coming from the street. The room was spacious and clean, bed was comfortable too.There was also a water boiler and tea filters in the room which was great. Bathroom was clean and also spacious, shower gel smelled nice. There is also breakfast offered but we did not try it.

Just some minor issues: room doors are thin so if you have noisy guests next door, it can be disturbing when they walk in the corridor. The curtain had little stains on it and there were small scratches on the table, bit otherwise everything was fine.

Close to the station, which is what i wanted. The downside then was a 15min walk to the town.

On a busy road, so slept with windows closed, when i usually like some fresh air.

Great staff, gave us useful information. Big room with coffe self service. Super clean. Comfortable bed. Great location, easy approachable by car.

Even if the rooms were quite small they were nice and the beds very comfortable. We were given two separate rooms one for us and one for our children , we would have preferred to stay together but probably they don't have family rooms. Anyway everything went well. We walked to the city centre which Is not so far. The next time we took a tram, which was much quicker. There was a bus station 50 meters from the hotel. We had a good time in Graz .

Location is really the best.

There was no parking place (we are always booking considering if there is a parking or not). When we arrived there was no free parking slots (there are about 15 available only). We could park on the street or take a parking place in the nearest building. Not the worse was we were charged 8 EUR additionally for choosing parking in the building nearby. It was the most unpleasant steep snail track down I've ever experienced driving ford tourneo. I think it would be fair if hotel just admits they are having no parking or it is limited.

Breakfast was very good and a great choice of everything. The price for accommodation is favourable.

The room was quite small, it had everything you need but a bit difficult to maneuver. The place is quite busy but with closed windows is fine.

Hotel is really good. God value for the money, clean, cozy and calm.Girls on the reception are really kind. Recommandations for the family and couples.

Room should have at least one big mirror on the wall. Thast it.Afterall everything was as expected.

The room was very nice and clean, we were on our honeymoon and we received a bottle of Prosecco as a welcome gift. The receptionist was extremely nice and helped us with the parking spot. Breakfast was good
