Excellent staff. Every time I go there, I feel welcome and safe. Everyone is smiling and friendly. Besides, the views from the hotel are stunning.

Magnificent view for sunrise, square, and the monastery, very cosy rooms, it is located just near the monastery and close to all the hiking pathes. Restaurant is located in a very atmospheric place in the rock. Staff was very helpful.

Electric kettle in the rooms and small fridge would be just great. We asked for hot water from the kitchen. It would be great to have some vegan, non-gluten options for breakfast. Restaurant has options for dinner only with a 3 meal course together. It's not very convenient. Would prefer to have a selection of any course

The location was great, also the fact that you sleep just right at the monastery, I would say it is a special experience.

very old wood windows, does not hide noises and cold. Room very small, but cozy, needs renovation for the bathroom door. I think we booked originally a bigger one, but got a smaller one. For all who wants to stay for a night here you need to know that you will wake up from 6 AM noise of a bell, no way to avoid it, it is too loud. Too expensive for this type of room.

The location is hard to beat. The hotel was really quiet. First quiet night in Spain. The beds were comfy. The evening was lovely after the crowds left.

The room was dimly lit. Would be nice to have one more lamp or a brighter lamp.

WiFi in some rooms didn’t work. The first room we were given is much below the expectation. The restaurant is over priced and the food was average. Communication with guests was very poor even when we begged in our messages and emails that they could reply ASAP.

no electric kettle for basic things as the hotel is far from everywhere and quest need hot water. the soap should be in liquid instead of bar the tv channel horrible as all old movie and very few english channel the shower area tiles are dirty many yellow stains especially the white cement area 😔 staff are not friendly
