really comfy beds and nicely updated rooms. the splash area and pools were nice. the beach was convenient and nice.

the food was fairly average at best and the entertainment left a lot to be desired

We traveled solo with my friend and booked 5 nights in this hotel. The best decision we could have made, since everything was perfect and for an amazing price. Delicious food, nice staff, everything clean, nice rooms, great selection of coctails, beautiful beach for long walks, quick car rent within a few steps just like a bus stop. We walked around every morning and visited even the hotels nearby, you can basically do anything:) The gym is small but it was enough for a short period of time.

if there was a heated pool, the hotel would be 12/10 :) also, there is not much to do at night but you can visit other hotels’ shows or take a bus somewhere else

The pool by the beach was nice , less packed , always clean , amazing sea view from the pool . The hotel was only 15min from the airport. My day trip to bodrum by ferry was the highlight of my trip . Staff were helpful. The beds were very comfy

I enjoyed less a lot of things actually , the room was good but i had a baby with a buggy and they have placed me on the second floor so it was hard , i booked sea view room and i was actually on the side of the building , i could only see the sides , i asked to change the room but apparently i would have to downgrade and not get my money back . A lot of the food was processed like burgers , kebab , i must admit some things were delicious but not eveything was , and it lacks sea food and fish .i guarantee that every single drink is mixed with water ( diluted) am assuming so that they can make money . A lot of left over food you could tell that they would mush it up and fry it or make something else out of it for next day . The location is not optimal , there is practically nothing around you so you cant go out without travelling a long distance , the hotel it self looks more like old fashioned flats from the outside And ve prepared to walk a long way as its massive , especially from the infinity pool to reception . The activities were not my cup of tea and so i didn't enjoy any of them. I wish if they work more on the ambiance , there was hardly any music or nice vibes , everyone looked serious and depressed . This place is definitely good for elderly if they like calm . I have a lost my two personal towels and tanning oil from the pool so becareful leaving your personal belongings . Be ready to be eaten by mosquitos in your room There is no ATM machine inside the hotel only outside about 5min walk . I went in october and it was warm but water very cold and a windy most of days , i wintnessed 2 hotter days and 1 rainy day .

Every day you get 1l of water and clean towels.

From the start, we got a room that we didn't even reserve. The walls are so thin that you can hear everything in the next room. We were most disappointed by the food and drinks which is not even close to a four-star hotel. The whole hotel has nothing that would be four stars! Dirty mattresses, poor organization... Do not visit the hotel because you will be disappointed.

The location is close by airport and to city center. The Staff was nice. The pool near the beach looks so good

- The food was below average (no variates, and sometimes taste was not good especially snacks served near the beach). - The bed in bungalows was not comfy. and the bed material was bad (the bed legs got broken) - It seems the hotel is halfway renovated where the part near the beach looks amazing while the part near reception is below average

Lovely hotel and grounds. Friendly staff, food is good always a range of options and different themes for the buffet each night. Gorgeous views from the infinity pool and make sure to catch the sunset from the beach one night! Splash pool good for younger ones.

No snack bar near the main pool (not a major problem just a slight inconvenience) if you want lunch you have to dry off and go into the main restaurant or walk down to the infinity pool which is a bit of a longer walk than I would have liked just to grab chips or similar. Would have liked a bit more entertainment/things to do during the day e.g. volley ball, football etc.

Staff are amazing specially the front desk, anytime I needed assistance they went above and beyond

Kids are little to loud at night(after 10pm).

in the evenings it resembled a nursery full of screaming young children and very loud music in the Kid’s Disco. Ok if you are a family with young children but not for grown ups without children. Make sure you don’t arrive after 9pm as you will not get anything to eat other than a carrier bag with a sandwich and an apple. We had to send out for a take away delivered by taxi to our room.

very nice location and sea was beautiful and warm (we did travel to over parts of kos, best beach was at the hotel). food was nice, everyone can find what he likes. rooms are cleaned every day. was quiet at night.

The room during the stay was not well cleaned daily by the staff, the table, the cutlery, the plates and glasses were not well cleaned. The beach and the pool had not enough umbrellas and sunbeds for all the guests. A lot of mosquitos

Worth the money, breakfast was amazing, lunch was lovely, however dinner could have been better - not much selection for dinner.

Early May we stayed at this resort style hotel with three families. Staff was extremely helpful and friendly. The accommodations were completely to our satisfaction. The food offered was exceptional for an all-inclusive stay. The presentation, cleanliness and service was beyond expectations. To get around you need a car rental. Smy Kos has two pools and a beach; all very well equipped. The water was cold so we did not get in much. We really recommend this hotel offering great value for money.

Food was average and repetitive. No adult entertainment in the evenings, the bars were really empty especially the one by the sea. They had the same music songs 7 times a day by the swimming pool it was really annoying and could not sit by the pool.

I visited Smy Kos Beach and Splash in the beginning of May. After reading some bad comments, I was anxious to visit this hotel :-). The first drink that I got, was really as I read in some comments 'undrinkable' (the kind of all-in syrup drinks). But apparently, this was only that day, because the day after, it was better and I also tried some other drinks. The room was FANTASTIC! Very nice, new/renovated, modern, clean, I cannot give any bad comments at all! Everything you need is there. I slept so well as the bed was so comfortable! The room was cleaned every day by a lovely happy cleaning lady that swayed good morning (kalimera) every day. The food got better every day. Yes, in a way, it is what you can expect from an all-in, but some things were really good, the taste was good, a lot of things were cooked fresh and although you e.g. had some kind of mashed potatoes every day, it was every day a different one, so you cannot complain about 'always the same' at all! Again, very worth the price! There are 2 pools, an amazing beautiful infinity pool by the beach and another one with 'splash' zone for the kids. Yes, the water is/was freezing. The first days that I was there, the outside temperature was 21-22 degrees with a very strong cold northern wind (apparently typical for May so beware!), so swimming in the swimming pool was not an option, nor laying at the beautiful beach. The animation was lovely; they very much try to do their best! There was stretching, yoga, aquagym,... In the evenings there was mini disco for the kids every night, bingo, quizes and I was lucky enough to see 3 beautiful shows (Greek folklore night, acrobatics show and belly dancing), very nice. All of the staff was polite and friendly. For the price that I paid, this hotel was very worth it and I would come again! They really do their best and I'm sure the hotel is still "growing".

Not so much to comment. The only thing was the very cold northern wind in the beginning of May but the hotel can't do anything about that. The second thing that irritated me was 'no music in the restaurant'. Always nicer to have a special 'atmosphere' on your holiday. On the third day I mentioned this, they told me it was because of Covid, they could not play music and 2 days later, it was resolved and there was a little bit of background music, so I guess/assume they were still uprunning from 'after the covid period' which ended May 1st. May is windy so beware if you go to Kos in May. On the other hand, the hotel was not full during May which was peaceful ( no fighting for sunbeds e.g.), this might be the case during high season, I don't know.

the only thing that lets it down is that the swimming pools are not heated. However this is a small price to pay for the beautiful hotel and location.

The place felt cosy and inviting. Really loved the staff, food and location. On top of that the beach pool area and bungalows look amazing.

The walls are made of paper. We stayed at the bungalow and we felt that we were sharing the room with our neighbors as we were woken up by their kid crying at 4 am. When i went to ask the reception whether the walls are as thin in all the other rooms, the answer was yes. Not sure whether she got my question. So all in all it is so damn nice place but you have to have luck with the neighbors as you can hear them snoring, coughing, farting and using the toilet.

So windy all the time - location is beatiful but not perfect- it is hard to enjoy the time near the pool. We hava travel all island and this hotel seems to be the windiest place of all. + Alcohol in all inclusive deal is just not good

Where to begin...We had an amazing week, all-inclusive (for real). We really enjoyed our stay and were extremely impressed and very satisfied by the hotel staff (George and Popi on the reception, the executive kitchen chef, Panaiotis the restaurant manager, Irini, and Josè, Farah at the bar you were our favs)!! The hotel room was cleaned every day. The Infinity pool is a must for Instagram lovers, while the pool close to the reception is more chill! Really good food, from breakfast to dinner, nice gardens, beautiful beach, and surroundings of the resort. At the reception you can easily book Covid-19 Test and/or Taxi to Kos Town or the Airport - the staff will help you within a couple of minutes! Hygiene in today's covid time in the hotel and in the entire resort was at a very high level, everyone followed all precautions and behaved responsibly, including the guests of the resort. We would 100% recommend, from the staff to the food, to the pool and activities. We had such a lovely and pleasant experience from start to finish!

Unfortunately, the animation was not as good as we expected! They're basic and not really inclusive for a young adult target. Saturday night's show (Las Divas) was something different and really enjoyable!
