The reception provides excellent service - I request to organize several services all has be done professionally. The location of the hotel is strategically perfect. The direct access to the sea a great bonus. The terrace with a fantastic view on the sea. The room with a balcony and a sea view.

The sea front location was fabulous. Bring able to sit on the balcony and see and hear the sea was great. The food was excellent and good value. The ability to use the sister hotel pool was an added bonus.

When I checked in the hotel, although there was a vacancy in the hotel, a very high ods price was requested for a night change.

The view from my room was spectacular. The water was right under my room. The room itself was very comfortable with all the humanities. I had to take care of some business, but before leaving the hotel, I had an excellent lunch at the H2O bar and restaurant. Food was excellent!

The shower just big enough, but I did not like the configuration of the plexi- glass. It only went halfway back and made it awkward entering and exiting the tub.

The hotel is right on the shore with lovely views from the bedrooms. service was good as was the breakfast.

wWe booked for the Christmas Eve meal which was a huge disappointment. However the hotel accepted our criticism and refunded the meal cost. I wouldn’t book for a similar occasion again as I don’t think the kitchen/waiting staff are up to the task.

Location of the hotel is really good. Easy to reach everywhere around city center even by walk. Front desk staff is helpful. Rooms are big enough and great view. Wi-Fi is easy to connect and fast.

We were looking forward to our relaxing holiday at Kos Aktis but unfortunately it was impossible to sleep as you can hear all the noise from outside. We were outside until 12:30-1:00 am (not early birds) but we were hoping to also sleep in late and enjoy our rest days in Kos. Unfortunately that was not possible! The loud music coming from everywhere stops only around 4AM and then you hear the noise from the ships honking at 7-8 am and then the tourist passing by on the corridor. Basically you hear everything from inside or outside the hotel and if you want to rest, recharge and relax, like we had in mind, this is impossible. We liked the view from the room as well as the breakfast choices, but definitely the price you pay per night for what they offer is not worth it. The air conditioning is old, loud and windy but the technician that come to look at it did not think the same. He was very arrogant when we told him our opinion and told us that this is what they have and that he is not considering the machine to be loud or windy. Then he left transmitting to the reception the aircon is fine and we are the problem. We appreciated the flexibility of the hotel manager that allowed us to check out earlier after Booking.com intervention :).

The entire hotel needs a refurbishment, furniture is old and wear down, the gym is very small, hot and has broken pavement all over. The internet connection is very poor and the service outside at the restaurant is very slow and during the day nobody is asking you if you want to drink something. I spent 1,5 h outside trying to draw to attention to the staff to get me a drink but they ignored me :(. To conclude this is a max 3 star hotel with nice views and by far not the best choice in Kos (hopefully).

Absolutely loved the view overlooking the sea from room and balcony! A must do watch the sunrise over the sea, from your balcony kind of place!

This is a lovely hotel, ideally located for walking into Kos Town or travelling further afield into Psalidi. The facilities are clean, modern and give the impression of minimalism, but you have everything you need in a hotel. It's a modern hotel, so if you're after something with more character, you won't find it here. The rooms are spacious and the balcony with a direct view of the seafront is superb. This is a great, comfortable place and the staff are superb.
