Nice all-inclusive hotel with 2 pools. The staff is friendly and speaks English, some of them speak German, French and Italian too. Very friendly receptionists Elena and Maria. The rooms were very clean, even though the furniture seemed not very new. The hotel program was good, and the animators (Laura and the guy, don't remember his name) were very energetic and fun.

The food was all right, but not great (could be more fruits, meat (beef), and more local cuisine). Cocktails at the beach were not nice and tasted chemical same as icecream. The beach is not sand, but tiny stones, and further in the water there are bigger stones that make it not very safe to swim for children and people who can't swim well. Also, not enough sunbeds on the beach, most of them are taken early in the morning and it's hard to find a place after 10-11 am.

the hotel beach is very short, mainly rocks in the water; usage of plastic cups in the pool and beach bars - one drink = one cup, the amount of plastic waste produced was incredible

location is 5 mins from town centre by car where all the nightlife entertainment is and taxi is easily available so location is good. beach is pebble beach with pebbles and not sand to keep in mind but very clean beach!

The bars were good. The higher pool bar and the main bar were fine, Giana needed some help making coffee and serving at the bar after dinner, but she did a fine job! Food in the main dining was a little tedious and samey, but usually good.

The themed restaurant, Taverna, was difficult to book. It was always full. We only got in twice in ten night's stay. Not at all mobility-challenged friendly! The towel change was sparse only two hours a day!

Good food and drink options. Catering and bar staff are excellent, as were the animation team, and the little shop is brilliant. The garden areas are nice.

Receptionists could do with being a bit happier, and maybe the games room needs improving and expanding. Also beach towels can only be exchanged every two days. After a full day on the beach, and the slightly dusty properties of the beach, the towels are filthy by the end of day 1.

its a wonderful hotel with great staff, nothing particularly wrong with it but it is just not a five star hotel in my opinion. bit of a hard sell from the spa people as well.

Property seems very geared towards French holiday makers. This was applicable to the entertainment & food mostly. Nothing to do around the area and not local to any outside restaurants, tourist spots or nightlife.

Arrived on 21st Aug late afternoon. Check.in was quick and easy and we were taken to our room. We had a family room for me, my husband and 2 sons aged 24 and 16. They had their own room within the room. Room was spacious alot cloth storage space for 4 was tight. There were 2 pools, one at the top near reception which was quiter and had a swim up bar. The other pool next to the beach was where all the activities happened. The Entertainments team were brilliant. Activities all day from yoga to water polo and shows at night. Great personalities, had us laughing day and night and made our holiday. The food selection was great. We had breakfast and dinner in the main restaurant. Had to sanitize and wear masks and gloves when going to the buffet. Great choice of food & drinks and lovely staff particularly at breakfast. There is an outdoor area with stunning views. At lunchtime we went to the taverna by the pool. Great choice of salad, pasta & sauces, burgers, chips, pizza and amazing ice cream all served by Kostas who always had our drinks ready for us. The all inclusive drinks were okay but served in tiny plastic cups. The lobby bar had the most amazing views and the lady behind the bar was lovely. The sea was a bit rough at times and rocky getting in there but we soon worked out the way in avoiding the rocks. The hotel has 4 bars within walking distance although a bit hilly getting there. There are alot of steps in the hotel so wasn't good for those with mobility problems. For us the steps were good for burning off the ice cream. We were wary of going abroad but I can honestly say we had the best 2 weeks, we felt safe all the time and came home completely relaxed. We were very sad to leave. Thank you to all the staff for their hard work and friendliness, we miss you and will definitely be back 💙🇬🇷

The Hotel is really nice, it's gardens and the buildings, the staff is amazing. We got what we expected for our money. The food was ok and we could choose from many different options every day. Our room was perfect for 3 persons, clean and cozy. Great hotel and value for this price if you want to relax and rest. You also can enjoy various daytime activities and shows during the night or can take a taxi or walk to Hersonissos if you want some party.

The service are great, nice beach and activity

If you’re looking for a hotel to relax and enjoy every minute of your stay than this is the place to go. We spent 14nights in this hotel every day pass is more exciting and more beautiful than the day before it, 14 nights of relaxing, Joy, entertainment, beautiful beach and more than friendly staff, I have to name few that they made our stay enjoyable and very comfortable: Akis- pool barman (happy always, creative and amazing personality) Giannis : beach bar woman ( very nice and friendly) Nikos -Restaurant manager (amazing person, always with the smile on his face) Despina -diner host (very nice and always there for us) Stavros- beach barman(he very cool and outgoing) The entertainment team also did a great job, activities all day, Tami, Valentina, Fabricio, Robert 5 stars is not enough for their hard work.

Resort is absolutely beautiful. But the staff is what made it great. Especially at the two bars by the pool. We will definitely be back because of them!!!

The facilities are well maintained. Our visit was during the COVID pandemic and the hotel was implementing all the preventing measures required. The majority of the staff were wearing a face mask at all times.

The food, tasteless, not high quality, pretty much the same food during the week. The ice-cream tasted very artificial. Drinks, although it was an all inclusive hotel, th drinks options were very limited. Beach, not nice like the pictures show. I wasnt able to connect to WIFI in my room.

Food was plain, after the first night we stopped having dinner there and had preferred to go to the excellent local restaurants nearby. Lunch was the same as the dinner and we preferred to take the lunch box offered by the hotel. We never managed to get a sunbed by the pool as people were leaving their towels there since probably very early in the morning, just in case! WiFi in the rooms is extra! It is free only in the lobby and the main restaurant. My 4G worked very poorly in our room. In essence, we have only used it not as an all-inclusive resort but as a normal hotel with breakfast included! To get the information about any activities offered one has to be very proactive! Would recommend it for groups of young people because of the free bar!

The hotel was what we expected, friendly staff, food was good with varieties. Easy access to beach, just outside hotel. evening entertainment was good. We were offered 15 minutes of free body message each which were excellent, so relaxed!
