We enjoyed the facilities of the hotel such as mini golf,arcade room, restaurant and gift shop 🙂 we loved that it was short walk to the park and the room itself was pleasantly sized with a tub/shower 😊

Room & Breakfast

The hotel had a lovely theme throughout the common areas bar the restaurant and bar. Staff at the front desk were especially helpful and assisted storing a birthday cake for my son.

It could have been a little more child friendly. Maybe more of a fuss could have been made for those staying on special occasions, seeing as it is a themed hotel.

Excellent for young children.

Room was spacious and air conditioned. Food in the Parklands restaurant was very tasty. Big shout out to Sarah at reception who upgraded us to a Thomas themed room upon check-in, our little boy was over the moon. A lovely, clean hotel. Not far to walk to get into the theme park. Free parking onsite too

Wasn't fussed on the sausages at breakfast. Maybe have instructions in the rooms on how to operate the shower as some of us are a bit thick 😂

there was a leak in the morning when we were trying to shower and get ready…. water was off for 30 mins which wasn’t their fault, but caused us to get away later than we’d hoped. also didn’t like having to book for breakfast.

The room was large and comfy, the staff were friendly and it was really convenient for the conference centre.

The food at the restaurant was pre-cooked, always the same. Once the pizza was not cooled when served to us. Some of the stuff members were very unfriendly, they did not treat us as paying clients. In addition, they never knew the answer for anything we asked.

if you’re in the ground floor room, there’s steps to get up and down so it’s awkward with a suitcase as there’s no ramp.

As a young lady traveling alone on her first business trip staying at Drayton Manor became an ordeal she was put into a joining room during the night the person or persons was trying the door trying to gain access into her room and looking through the key hole she had to start banging on the door this was a very unpleasant experience for her when this was reported to reception they seemed un interested. i am considering reporting this to the police .

The hotel in general was great, but the customer service by all staff was fantastic. A shout out to Amy on reception, Michael and the waitress in the restaurant and the staff at breakfast - thank you for a lovely stay.

I love this hotel, I stay here a lot. I always stay when I visit Thomasland. Breakfast is very good and it stays open until 10.30 which is brilliant as I don't like getting up too early. They have tea and biscuits and a fridge for milk in the room, which is handy if you have babies. The food is good in the restaurant, the service could be a bit quicker but it's still good service. They have children's entertainment in the half term which is good. Lucky Lee the magician is brilliant entertainer.
