L’emplacement idéal

Le personnel attend que l’on ai payé la chambre pour nous annoncer que la climatisation n’est pas incluse et qu’il faut payer 10 € supplémentaires, par jours !! De plus, lorsque nous avons prolongé notre séjour d’une nuit supplémentaire, le personnel nous a informé que nous devions changer de bungalow. À l’heure du check out lorsque nous avions quitté la chambre, il n’était finalement plus nécessaire d’en changer. La moindre des choses aurait été de prévenir avant que nos bagages soient pliés ! Très mauvaise organisation du personnel. Les bungalow et les équipements ne sont pas propres du tout, en plus des odeurs nauséabondes qui proviennent de la salle de bain.

Really good location beside beach and evening streets. Rooms spotless. Staff so helpful - helped us book ferry tickets and sort travel. Booked day trips with them too. No pool because it is used for diving training so not really available for guests. All the extras provided if needed - umbrellas, beach towels etc. Would stay here again.

Shower was a bit dribbly but did the job eventually!

Great PRICE-PERFORMANCE ratio, friendly and very accommodating staff, fast Wifi, location directly at the beach and at beginning of walking street, great infrastructure around hotel, only the beach was not suitable for swimming as the water level is very low.

I recently stayed at this hotel and unfortunately, I cannot say it was a great experience. We had booked a bungalow, but upon arrival, we were informed that it was not available. While the hotel staff did provide us with an alternative room, it was a bit disappointing as we had specifically chosen the bungalow for our stay. The hotel's central location is convenient, but it also means that the party music from nearby establishments can be heard well into the night. This made it difficult to get a good night's sleep. To make matters worse, we experienced a leak from the fridge in our room that caused damage to some of our electronics. While the hotel staff attempted to fix the issue, they did not offer to compensate us for the damages caused. We also rented scooters from the hotel, but they were in very poor condition. The brakes were not functioning properly and the scooter was making strange noises, which made for a stressful and unsafe ride. On top of all this, there was construction going on right infront of the hotel during our stay, which made the entire property very dusty. Overall, I cannot recommend this hotel based on my experience. While the staff did their best to address some of the issues we encountered, the combination of noise, poor quality amenities, and lack of accountability for damages made for a less than pleasant stay.

Great place to stay! Good value for money and the location is great, too! I‘d come back and stay again if I ever come back to Koh Tao.

The first nights were really quiet, but after NYE there was a party every night at nearby bars. Not the hotels fault, but if you‘re looking for something super quiet, then better get something more outside Sairee beach.

The staff were extremely friendly and accommodating. They did all they could to help and always had a smile on their faces. Location perfect to explore Koh Tao.

Good location close to the beach and yellow brick road. Very friendly and helpful staff.

The beach bungalows get super hot - you will want to pay the extra to get air conditioning.
