Located in the heart of Czech Switzerland this hotel allows access to multiple nature trails in the vicinity. Comfy bungalow room, nice view with a personal terrace are nice to spend time during warm days. Nice restaurant. As of Spring 2023: For those, travelling for hikes: Be aware, that last year forest fire happened close by, large portion of the forest to the west of the hotel was burned down and is considered unsafe! Better go east!

We stayed in Hajenka only one night, but everything was great. Nice staff, warm room, clean and comfortable beds. On the table in the room were additional information about menu in restaurant or info about tourist places. We had breakfast included in the price. We did not expect such a large selection and we were pleasantly surprised. breakfast was delicious.

After arrival, we just checked in and immediately went on a tourist tour. We returned to the room after 21.00h and found out that there is only cold water in the shower. Probably the heat pump did not have time to heat the water (if there was a high demand from other lodgers) Maybe an hour or two later, the hot water started flowing

Modern, well-maintained hotel with parking spots. Quiet surroundings in the national park. Friendly & welcoming staff. Clean, nicely decorated room with well-equipped bathroom & comfortable bed. Tasty breakfast. Good WIFI connection in the room (main building).

I love the radio in the bathroom, room was nice and clean, also the teapot is very handy. Room temperature is being managed at the reception. When we arrived the room had like 1000degrees but we just asked to put it down and all good afterwards. Breakfasts were nicely served as well. Better hot than cold ;)

The noise of anyone in a room above you can be quite clearly heard below, the walks around are mostly closed or destroyed by fire, the dog charge is 15€ per night and meal portion sizes are small the cost. Although it did not add to noise the building under construction immediately next door was unsightly.

Hotel located in the national park. Close to various hiking trails. Room very comfortable and clean. They’re also per-friendly which is an added value. Breakfast excellent, very generous and various. And the restaurant just wow, food was absolutely delicious and very affordable! I would definitely recommend it!

Unique location in the middle of the national park, despite recent forest fires there's plenty of scenic trails available. Peace and quiet, delicious breakfast, pleasant and helpful staff. I've travelled quite a bit but in this place I really felt like I was resting. The room was very clean, comfortable bed, the facilities and services were top quality.

The room was a bit small, there was no kettle but the nice receptionist organized one when we asked. Still, no cups or mugs in the room. Some nearby trails were closed due to recent forest fire.

Rooms are fine especially some of them equiped with great bath. Breakfast is good. Receptionist Barbora is the best, she is helpful. Renovated rooms are fine. Bungalows are cozy. Quiet and peaceful place.

Definitely restaurant (for dinner) Breakfast is in different place which is good but the restaurant is not even okay.. The menu is insufficient. one of waiter doesn’t speak Czech and English as well. He is not capable about the kitchen.

Lovely, well made bungalows, excellent customer service, the restaurant accommodated my multiple food allergies, and everyone welcomed our cat. she loved the porch and sniffing around the property. Highly recommended!

A hotel in a beautiful and pastoral location. Accessible to the main road. Efficient staff and comfortable rooms. There is a beautiful and comfortable yard.

The rooms on the upper floor have a sloping ceiling which is very uncomfortable. Please note this when ordering. It is worth noting that the staff made sure to change the room for us.

The employees attempted to charge more than what we agreed on for my dog citing an increase in prices; however, I booked a few months before and prices should be based on when I booked and what we agreed on in messages during booking. We agreed on being charged what was previously agreed, but on the breakfast I still ended up paying the higher price that originally agreed. The difference was only a couple of euros, and overall I sensed flexibility, but I really felt I was in the right given that the prices were set when I booked and no where did they say that they are subject to increase by the date we arrive-- and though there was flexibility, they made it very clear that actually I'm wrong, and they are making an exception for me. This should not discourage most people, as the location is amazing, and the place is well worth a stay -- most of the employees are very kind, and they were flexible in the end.

The location was fantastic, the beds very comfortable, good breakfast, great rooms( we were staying in bungalow) .

There was not enough warm water for 2 people short shower . Every time the second person ended up all soaped up with cold water even though we made it very short.

When we arrived at 6pm on the day of our booking we were informed that the restaurant was closed for dinner. It would have been helpful to have been notified of this in advance so we could make other plans. It took quite a bit of convincing for the receptionist to recommend some alternatives. I think the language barrier didn’t help. The next day of our stay the receptionist recommended a walk (which was fantastic) and a boat trip along the gorge. Sadly, the receptionist was in error and the boat service was not running that day which left us with a very long walk back to our accommodation which was hard on our 8 year old.

Accommodation exceeded our expectations. We booked 2 rooms and both fulfilled their exact purpose. One was smaller, but there was everything we needed - comfortable bed, nice bathroom, locker, coat rack and TV. The second room was larger and compared to the first had a terrace and a kitchen with utensils. The behavior of the staff was great, parking right in front of the building and breakfast very tasty. Recommended!

Everything was fine. Maybe the parking sign could be better located at first we parked next to the restaurant. Maybe the rooms in the bungalows could be better described so that everyone knows if it's just one room in the bungalow or it's the whole object.

Practically everything. I have been travelling through Czech Republic for 13 years and know lots of hotels: good and not quite so good, luxurious and basic. U Fořta tops the lot. They are simply fantastic: friendly, smiling and competent; the room was comfortable and very well-equipped. Returning from my endless walks through the Bohemian Switzerland National Park, I always found a real quiet and coziness in my room, could get a true rest I so needed. The Hajenka restaurant offers some exceptional dishes (try their kroupoto or game). To all the staff of the U Fořta resort I would like to say a big thank you :-)

Really a modern hotel, we stayed for 2 nights in the room and 1 night in the bungalow, i would say if you are only with 2 people a room is more than fine. (Both have smart tv with netflix/youtube) The location is not to beat right in the national park with easy bus connections if you want to hike in the german side. Restaurant is priced really fairly with wonderfull food and good 🍺

The bungalow didn't have a kitchen-setup and the room did (microwave, cooking plates etc)
