Było bardzo czysto, personel uprzejmy i uśmiechnięty. Wygodne łóżka i codzienne sprzątanie pokoju oraz uzupełnianie mydła, papieru toaletowego itd. Czysty basen.

Wybraliśmy najtańszy pokój i nie doczytaliśmy że nie ma w nim czajnika, szklanki, talerza. Obsługa zapewniła nam talerze szklanki, sztućce ale nie dostaliśmy czajnika gdyż usłyszeliśmy że nie ma aneksu kuchennego w naszej opcji cenowej. Tragicznie mało miejsc parkingowych, nie ma gdzie zostawić samochodu w promieniu 1km.

Lo único que nos gusto de la estancia eran las trabajadoras que eran muy amables sobretodo la chica que estaba de tardes.

El alojamiento pésimo sabiendo que es una isla y durante todo el año hace calor (más altas o menos altas las temperaturas) siempre hace calor en las Canarias. Como puede ser que no tengan aire acondicionado en las instalaciones… Si que nos dejaron un ventilador portátil pequeño pero yo creo que era incluso peor porque solo movía el aire caliente de la habitación. Solo digo que se estaba mejor en la calle en plena ola de calor en Octubre que pillamos que en la habitación. No teníamos ganas ni de llegar al hotel para descansar porque era un horror. Pedimos un cambio de habitación pero nos dijeron que teníamos que pagar la diferencia cosa que yo no hicimos ya que en ninguna habitación había aire acondicionado y pagar más por seguir pasando calor como que NO. La manguera de la ducha de nuestra habitación (302) estaba rota, no hicimos foto pero estaba con cinta aislante negra… En fin nuestra estancia fue caótica

The hotel was really worth it for the price and it had a beautiful pool and terrace. The staff was very kind and available to aasist at any moment

Breakfast price is a good deal for 7.50 but the quality of the coffee machine and the food was extremely low. The mattress of the bed is not really comfortable either

The place was incredibly tidy and the Room was spacious. The staff were super friendly, they helped us to get a fridge into the room and we felt safe at all times. The pool is calm and the overall neighbourhood seemed peaceful. It's such a great hotel for the price, we really enjoyed our stay!

Prepare yourself for climbing up the hill for about 15 min if you are not using taxi but arriving by public bus like we did. Its ok, manageable, but did not expect. Fine quite location. Not too far from Martianez beach promenade, restaurants, shops etc Breakfast is €6 , good variety breakfast, you can eat as much as you want, can't complain for that. Stuff very helpful. Christian in particular 👍👍👍 helped me with all my requests.

We stayed first night on the first floor (ground floor) Extremely hot at night. There is a fan on the ceilings, but you cannot leave it on all night, very noisy, so did not like that room. After that they offered us specious room on a second floor, it has a table fan but the room was much airy and we did not even needed a fan on for too long.

There was a swimming pool but it was small

The room was so hot. Hall was cooler than the room. We could not sleep. Also, toilet was terrible, it was so small. Sitting on the toilet impossible.

I liked the location, our room, balcony, kitchen, chairs and coffee table on the terrace, personal, tv, ventilator

I would like to floor on the terrace will be cleaned too, and the floor in the bathroom. Also if sheets are dirty, I would like it to be changed. And the thermometer should be on reception, in case someone feels bad.

Don Candido is excellent small hotel in Puerto de la Kruz..Staff were friendly and helpfull, especially receptionist.Room was clean, beds were comfy.Breakfast was tasty and fresh.Wifi worked perfect

If you have been on the island some time and did not have a Covid test you will not be allowed to stay (contrary to policy at other hotels where you must sign a declaration). Your money has already been taken and there is NO REFUNDABILITY
