Good location, but bear in mind this is Mykonos. Lots of steps to get access. Spacious apartment with nice shared balcony overlooking town and port. Comfortable bed and good airconditioning. Large smart TV.

Shower microscopic and shower curtain ends 300 mm above the floor, so you have to mop the entire bathroom with a towel before you can use the basin and toilet. Very basic kitchen and appliances and no plug, so you have to plug the kettle in next to the bed. Wifi very poor - kept dropping signal.

The location was fantastic. Views amazing.

it is quite a challenging walk from beach to villa for someone of my age but this is a minor issue.

Excellent location , 5 minute walk to all the bars and restaurants of Mykonos town . We had our own kitchen with a fridge and a cooker . The property was cleaned every day and the owner was very friendly and welcoming.

I have nothing negative to say about it .

Great location with amazing view of Mykonos town and old port. Located in the heart of Mykonos town. The host is really nice!! He helped us with everything we needed and he made sure that we had a pleasand accomodation.

owner was very helpful since the first minute when the reservation was made. he help us with transportation and directions.

shower is a bit reduce. if you are a big person please have this in mind. otherwise, place is very comfortable.

The host was amazing. On arrival he took us through all the places we would want to visit- literally spent 15 minutes showing us a map of the island. Let us leave our bags which was helpful as our flight wasn’t until later. Location wise this is great only 5 minute walk to the bakery and so central- easy to get to and from night clubs at night! Our room was always cleaned which was a massive plus!

Convenient apartment to walk to anywhere in the city, including the port and the bus station. Clean room with a beautiful view of the sea. We were met late at night despite our flight delay.

Shortage of pots and some cooking utensils but, if you always eat in restaurants or taverns, that's not a problem. The shower was leaking some water.

Location is perfect for Old Port and water taxis. Nice walk to Little Vennice, Windmill and Mykonos Town. Our host Petros was charming and helpful.

Location was good. A good sunset view so u don't have to go to the clubs just to look at the sunset. Place is clean. Has simple kitchen utensils.

It is more of a chalet...the beds are sofa beds and toilet is really old.

The property price is competitive and could be good value for money.

The property is not accessible by taxi/car. From the road you have to go down walking a steep slope for about 300 meters to reach the property. So if you are traveling with big bags then accessibility would be a challenge. I'm surprised reviews donot mention this. I booked an airport transfer from the property. The driver just dropped us on the road and left. Since I booked the transfer through the property, I expected someone from the property to receive us at the drop point. I had to look for the property and find the owner and ask for help with my luggage from the road to the apartment. I booked a room with sea view and they gave me room with partial sea view (I specifically booked the room with sea view and not side sea view) and also requested for the same before I traveled. And despite a positive reply I didnt get the same. The room was really cold and we asked for blankets. I had to remind the management 3 times and finally got some blankets after 3 hours. All these time no one from management bothered to explain to us that the AC worked as heater too and could be used to heat the rooms. All in all my stay was not as I expected and I believe the owners should be more responsible towards guests.

The owner was super friendly and helped us organising trips and gave us great suggestions where to eat and what to do!

Petros has been an exceptional host, checking on us, organising the boat, taxis , giving us insoder tips on restaurants, beaches The location of appartment is amazing with a covered terrace overlooking old port.

Equipment needs refurbishing but the basic is here and petros is happy to bring what is needed on demand.

The villa was amazing! located in the city center, it was clean, spacious and with a wonderful view! Highly recommended!

Great view of the city and close to everything. Our host was very welcoming and friendly. The place was cleaned each day and it offered a small kitchen and fridge so we could manage our eating out.

The place needed upgrading and the owner had contractors come by while we were there to updrade bathrooms and rooms. We were without water for a day..the city turned it off. There is a long term problem on the island about water, so this is a huge factor for the hospitiality industry.

Bathroom and kitchen in need of upgrade. The shower curtain was old, torn and dirty and the shower head had to be hand held, there was no holder on the wall.. a nightmare when washing your hair.

The location is top notch. You have beautiful views of the port. It’s a classic Greek Villa with a lot of charm. Walking distance to the Flour Windmills, Little Venice and a labyrinth of many restaurants and shops. There is a small beach for swimming just a couple of minutes away. The owner, Petros is very helpful and went out of his way to assist us with general information about Mykonos town, renting an ATV, scheduling a ferry and airport transfer.

I would prefer a thicker mattress, but that is a matter of preference. Perhaps having some sort of breakfast options or coffee, even just some snacks available would be a nice touch. It can be a little noisy but it’s Mykonos that is to be expected.
